excellent location. polite staff. I loved the clean hardwood floors, the simple, but clean bathrooms and the convenient location. it is close to the train station, lots of restaurants, cafes and stores close by. Good value for money.

from the outside the hotel looked run-down and I was prepared to the worst. But instead the room and bathroom were completely renewed. All was ok. strategic position in the LGBT area and the U+S Bahn

The staff is super-friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and warm. The location is very convenient to get to the very centre of the city both by metro or on foot (Nollendorfplatz metro station is about 300 m away). There are lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby.

our room was above a shop that has music during the day until 10pm, so noisy to take naps. but during the night it’s really really quite.

Room is good size. Location was good enough to use S-bahn and U-bahn. Neighbourhood was good, plenty of option to eat out and try different cuisine. Loved the nearby little Turkish café

Moreover, request for additional night immediately accommodated and adaptation to our schedules for the payment - All the necessary comfort (small armchairs), very comfortable bed, all the necessities (hangers, towels, soaps) at disposal, clean bathroom

For the rooms close to the door leading to the entrance hall, the noise of the door slamming is quite loud.

The place was clean a tidy, the photos were accurate. It's located in the first floor of a residential building. The neighborhood is very lively with a lot of bars and restaurants so it might get a bit loud during summer time because the windows are facing the busy street. The staff was nice and very helpful with tourist tips about Berlin.

Great location, right next to restaurants, supermarkets (open late), bars and metro station, with easy access to city center. Great bed and spacious room. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.

So friendly staff, welcoming and helpful, with a nice dialog all the way. Perfect location, nice bed, a big room with all you need! Its the second time I stay here, and I definetly come back again.

I loved the area. There was a great variety of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was a good size and absolutely spotless. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
