Welcoming and very polite and helpful

Breakfast was rather disappointing. Smoking is allowed in part of the lobby sitting section. But this is part of smoking culture, most population are smokers

it is not my first time that I stay at crown plaza, usually I travel every 2 months to Jordan for work & I always stay at this hotel. I feel like home and safe & staff are amazing for that reason I don't search for any other hotel to stay in upon my visit to Jordan.

I asked the receptionist for non smoker area but he ignored my request. Very bad smell inside the room. Narrow room

My stay was literally for 12 hours only so it was not possible to experience everything the hotel had to offer. The room was comfortable, the location suited me and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel provide the traditional jordanian hospitabilty starting from security staff ,lounge,house keeping and reception staff and particulary Esraa.

Hotel should limit smoking in some areas

i reserved 5 half board nights . the dinner was very very poor.

Cafe was a little pricey

Everything was super, the staff, the food, the services... literally everything

I would have loved the breakfast to remain for at least 11:00 am. And would love to be informed prior to the change of dinner place, as yesterday we went to where the dinner buffet used to be to find nothing, then the manager escorted us to black iris. This could be a msg sent on the TV screen before dinner.
