Ich fand das Zimmer sehr schön und alles ist wirklich blitzblank sauber. Auch das Bad im Zimmer ist toll, die Dusche ist wirklich großzügig, sodass man wirklich viel Platz hat. Das Frühstück kann man dazu buchen oder man geht einfach hin und die 18€ werden aufs Zimmer geschrieben. Es gibt wirklich gute Auswahl und sogar eine Honigwabe.

Die Dusche war einmal undicht und das Wasser hat den Flur meines Zimmers geflutet.

Das Personal sollte in der Nacht sich nicht im Innenhof des Hotels lautstark unterhalten,da deshalb die Gäste nicht schlafen können.Die lauten Unterhaltungen waren dreimal in der Nacht in Abständen von ca einer Stunde von null Uhr bis vier Uhr.Es wurden auch Fenster zugeknallt,um das laute Reden abzustellen.Hat leider nichts genützt.

Der Raum wird optimal genutzt. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch und zusätzlich einen Tisch zum Essen - das macht es wirklich super angenehm, auch mal zuhause zu essen! Zwei Supermärkte sind direkt nebenan, sodass im Hotel essen perfekt möglich ist. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir lieben die Lage des Hotels - es ist natürlich etwas außerhalb, aber mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell in der Stadt. Wir genießen die Nähe zu den Heurigen und die Ruhe dort sehr.

Uns haben in der Küche ein Küchenhandtuch und ein Schwamm sehr gefehlt. Das wäre noch toll, wenn es ergänzt werden würde in der Ausstattung!

Very home like place. Nice bathroom. The kitchenette with fridge is handy. Big and spacius room. Nice view. Excellent breakfast. Spa is okay but a little old.

The door towards the hallway has bad noise isolation which is a bit annoying as you hear very good to room what happens in hallway. The hotel would be amazing if noise isolation of doors would be improved.

Excellent location and good value for money on a short visit to this part of Vienna. Parking garage was a real bonus as street parking is restricted.

The hotel was nice and comfortable

too far out from Vienna and had to catch a train and then a bus Didn't like the fact that there were stairs on the 2nd floor which was difficult with a heavy suitcase to lift - hurt my back.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The lobby area and next door cafe are very nice, however some areas of the hotel could do with a spruce up.

Initially I was checked into an apartment on the fourth floor, which was across two floors (a mezzanine bedroom with only a night light window I couldn’t close). That room was very dated and needs renovation and there were very steep steps up to the mezzanine. However when I asked for a change, that was accommodated quickly and I moved into one of the renovated rooms on the 1st floor which was much better.

Love the modernised Duplex room with more work surface to prepare food and the extra toilet. When we needed an issue sorted the staff were caring, helpful and addressed the request. The staff go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great professional attitude

In other apartments there are a set of drawers in the wardrobe. The wardrobe in the office mezzanine could accommodate this. Need more USB points on lower floor & office. Television only one English news channel could be accessed on the TVs. Kitchen equipment: The vegetable knife was blunt and no improvement when changed. Really really need as standard equipment a flat silicone spatula for cooking eggs /stirring
