Every thing! This was my second stay at the ritz Carlton Vienna, what can I say ! The ladies and gentlemen of the ritz keep on amazing me ! I booked through Booking.com , I was offered such a beautiful room ; great front office team, breakfast was amazingggggg as usual , such great F& B team I had also dinner at the same restaurant “ Distrikt” it was perfect , the food was served by the chef!!! Very delicious! The host was so accommodating! The concierge team was so helpful professional super service!!! The hotel is so clean cheerful with great positive vibes ! Prime location! I don’t want to forget the Spa it was amazing 🤩 the Roof bar is magnificent! Security team is so helpful and friendly, I would love to thank all the ladies and gentlemen of the ritz ! Kevin ,Meggy,Marlene, AUra, Oscar,Philipp, Oliver, Gerorge, Anastasia ,Rainer ( special thanks for helping me to find a great Arabic guide in such short time) , can’t wait for my next visit ♥️♥️♥️

조식 퀼리티가 너무 좋있고, 위치도 좋았습니다. 저녁에 스테이크를 먹었는데 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 여행중에 발렌타인 데이가 있었는데 여행하고 들어오니 샴페인과 쵸콜렛이 놓여 있어서 더 행복 했습니다. 다음에 빈 하더라도 리츠칼튼 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다

Ich möchte herzlichen Dank an Abdullah ausrichten, da er sehr gastfreundlich gewesen ist und uns sehr behilflich war.
Die beiden Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt.
Der Frühstück war toll. Große Auswahl an gesundes Essen. Das Personal in Restaurant ist sehr gastfreundlich ind schnell gewesen.
Leider gab es sehr laute Musik von unten und ich habe versucht 7 Male die Rezeption zu erreichen, leider niemand hat geantwortet. Das fand ich richtig enttäuschend, dass in so einem Hotel die Kommunikation nicht richtig funktioniert hat.

the whole setup was below our expectation; there's almost no real lobby; it;s just a hallway
breakfast was very disappointing despite high price, very limited option, slow service, cold coffee & Tea.
the room cleaners are not experienced, one time it was half done, and we had to call him to come back & finish the cleaning.

Durch ein Versehen haben wir ein Upgrade in eine wunderschöne Suite erhalten und durften diese auch nach Bemerken des Irrtums behalten.
Rundum war unser Aufenthalt fantastisch. Das Personal ist unbeschreiblich aufmerksam und das Essen im angrenzenden Restaurant Destrikt klasse.

Cand am citit recenziile negative inainte sa rezervam, am crezut ca exagereaza clientii. A fost dezamagitor pentru ca nu rezonează ce ofera, cu numele. Camera fara view, desi am cerut asta. Totul parea usor invechit.

wir kommen seit einigen Jahren in dieses Hotel wegen der zentralen Lage,
bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt ist aber einiges schiefgelaufen
beim Frühstück musste man jeden Morgen ca 10 - 15 Minuten warten weil zu viel Andrang und zu wenige Tische vorhanden sind.
Frühstückservice etwas kaotisch, sehr laut und hektisch.
Personal im Pastamara Restaurant sehr unfreundlich, möchte man um 22.45 Uhr noch was trinken, knappe Antwort nein wir schließen um 23.00 !! ................dies in einem 5 Sterne Hotel
im Hause gibt es auch eine Abend Bar welche aber am ersten Abend wegen einer privaten Feier nicht zugänglich war,
die nächsten Abende auch nicht, die 8 - 10 Tische alle reserviert, für Hotelgäste gibt es keinen Platz
allesamt sehr unfreundlich und abweisend
Portier und Kofferträger beherschen die Landessprache nicht ! sprechen nur englisch, kein Deutsch

Breakfast costs confusing. €45 pp for buffet so suggest Al a carte cheaper. But do check the bill as staff seem to get confused when billing your room.

Ritz Carlton is located at an excellent place. Many places are walking distance from it. Staff is very polite. Rooms were good. Breakfast was exceptional because of both food and service. Breakfast manager is exceptional.
I booked two junior suites because i wanted to avoid family members fighting for which room they wanted to stay. The hotel took the reservation of two junior suites but could not give me that even for a 6 day stay! That part was disappointing.

Everything is great. Executive lounge is a great plus since we have a 5 years old, it’s very convenient to have light food and drink, and rest in the lounge after a long walk in the city. The staff are super helpful and super nice to the children.
We didn’t know there is an extra charge to eat breakfast at first floor restaurant. It wasn’t clear that we are supposed to eat the breakfast in the executive lounge. So I was surprised when check out, but the Hotel mention they will ask to waive the cost and did refund the cost after few days. It’s actually turn out to be a warm experience.
