Před příjezdem jsem měl trochu obavy, o kterých jsem informoval ostatní účastníky zájezdu, potom co jsem si dodatečně pročítal některé negativní recenze, ale nakonec bylo všechno v pořádku. Snídaně i lokalita byly taky dobré, zrovna tak personál hotelu :)

Lepší by mohly být postelové matrace. Na jedno vyspání ok, ale spát na nich týden, tak to asi ne.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, wir haben nur die benutzt. Bei Frühstück war für jeden was dabei, alles gut. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder

El desayuno no estaba mal. Habitaciones amplias.

Mucho ruido en las habitaciones, se oye todo. Cama y almohada muy incómodas. La cama para dos en realidad son dos camas juntas.

Close to the city center, breakfast was good enough, room was clean..

Does not have an own parking place, not even a temporary one. You need to pay 15€’s for a parking place across the street. It was underground but i was about to be punished by police in front of the hotel right after i carried my luggage to the room. That area is a difficult place. It wasn’t hotels fault.

Staff, accommodation is great for a short stay.

It's older and could do with some updating

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Location is very good.

The room and hotel has no air condition system which I was not even checking during booking as I wrongly thought that it is a basic standard these days, especially in Vienna. There were 2 air fans in the room but it couldn't really help as in the hot summer periods in which we stayed (mid July) it is a big problem and the room was on the sun side in the afternoon and consequently getting very hot, and in the evenings you need to wide open the windows to get some air circulation. Now, the room was in the main building where all rooms/windows are on the main street that is very very loud and noisy by night so our sleep was interrupted many times and at around 5-6AM it simply becomes unsustainable and you are up. So the sleep was short and bad. There is a second inner-yard building of the hotel that is not on the main noisy street. There we spotted a few windows with hoses from a portable air condition devices. After the first night we asked on the reception to change our noisy main street room for some of those inner-yard rooms but we were blown off with a usual response "hotel is fully booked" with receptionist even didn't asked what is the problem with the room. WIFI was week/slow and often broken (no internet). The room was not cleaned at all when we came in the afternoon on the 2nd day of our stay (we were out of the room from 10AM until 3PM and we put the "Please clean the room" tag on the door's outside handle before we left) and when we complained on the reception they were surprised but said that the cleaning service is off for the day and that they will see what they can do about it. So when we came later in the evening what they did is that they just make the beds a bit, without cleaning, didn't change towels and didn't empty trash cans.
