The room was clean
The entrance to the place is not easy to identify. the sign is in a different place than where the door is.

Location is great, room was well enough. the room was clean, bed was comfortable. I also want to mention the the staff, which is great. I was 2 times in Vienna and the both times I stayed in Pension Vera, as they do everything that make the guest feel comfortable, safe and they are always ready to help in any situation, even if you think that it`s impossible.
I think next times I will also stay there.

One of the standout features of Pension Vera is its remarkable location. Nestled in the heart of Vienna, this charming pension is conveniently situated near major attractions. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Vienna, as it provides a memorable and delightful experience that captures the essence of this magnificent city. I look forward to returning to Pension Vera on my next visit to Vienna.

Great location, you can go everywhere just out from the hotel, excellent building, very good accommodation! I think i will book it again for sure!

Simple and basic accommodation. Good location and really value for money. It was clean and most things are reachable by foot if you don't mind walking a bit. Entrance was a bit hard to find, but there is a small sign on the street.

it’s an old but pristine building that has an old windy marble staircase with iron railings. In the Pension, it’s very simple. my room was a great size with a big window and sizeable en-suite. The white bedding was clean as were the towels. The lady I spoke to on the phone was kind and warm and friendly.
On our first night it was difficult to find the entrance. There is a faint smell of smoking everywhere. The elevator is terrifying. Staff aren’t about often and one man was very awkward and a little cold.

I really recommend this place to stay in Vienna. Great location, nice staff and clean rooms.
For this price it’s really good choice.

For a private en-suite room in Vienna it is about as cheap as you could get. Small bathroom but everything worked fine and staff were friendly and helpful

The location was close to where I had an appointment and close to public transport, that is why I chose the pension. Although on a busy street a room with view to the inner court was pretty quiet. In summer time the view may be a bit frustrating.
The furniture and the laminated floor were old and pretty used. The floor was welling up, the fabric of the couch chairs was dirty. Too much for that price still.
