The breakfast is okay but that they are so unfriendly if you like only to finish your breakfast after 10 is not okay on Sunday

The reception staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was lack lustre but at least I was not starving.

I got very dehydrated while sleeping at this hotel, woke up every morning with a severe "hangover" and I had not even been drinking alcohol in the evening. This was even after I woke up several times during the night to drink some water. This was not a problem at home the night before leaving and neither the first night here at home. Not enough electrical outlets right next to neither of the 2 beds, so I had to charge my phone in the other end of the room. The ceiling light was too bright, but with it off it was way too dark. One bed was not flat, but "hollow" in the middle. I was offered another room, but decided to try the other bed and that was flat to avoid repacking all my stuff and then unpacking it in a new room :-( Also, the door between the staircase and the room gangway? was slamming shut - it needs a soft close. Fans in shower/toilet were noisy and ran for a long time. Even though my first floor room was away from the street I could hear the deep rumble from the street car/tram in the early morning when everything else was quiet.

Rooms where clean, great location, good heating (heated floors!) bathroom clean and separate toilet. Good shower. Nearby metro and supermarket and small shopping mall with food options.

Basic breakfast (great coffee!) and on new years day they had a special breakfast with salmon and champagne! Breakfast was until 10 am (we were told while we where already in the breakfast room) Not many English channels on TV most where in German. Room was quiet even though you could sometimes hear the tram which was near the street.

Cozy room and very nice location.

We were not informed in advance that the reception would be closed until 12 on Dec.26 and no information was provided on how to check out during the closure. We met a staff in the corridor and she didn't even know the reception was closed. Luckily at last we found another staff who said we could give our card to her, otherwise we would miss the train :(

OK location (metro is near), nice staff, good wifi, good value for money

Breakfast need some variety same every day, TV not working, after 21h there is nothing on location or near to it to go to eat.

I can’t say that I didn’t like the breakfast - BUT it could be a bit more interesting :)

Good clean room with separate toilet and shower in the number. Friendly and helpful members of staff. They send me emails warning about the reception closing at 8 pm and instructions how to self check in late. I arrived at 7:45.

As I arrived just 15 minutes before the closing time of the reception I received the entry card and went to the room. Then I saw that the room is facing the street. There was a traffic early in the morning. The trams will wake you up early for sure. I thought about going in bed early. At midnight some workmen turned up in trucks right below the window and started roadworks using a hammer / drill. So no much sleep there. As it is on the outskirts of the city where I presume the poor people live, nobody cares about the noise.

Breakfast is excellent. Enough to satisfy your taste and stomach. Enough variety for a continental breakfast that also suits Asian tastebud.

Nothing.

I liked, that I had two single beds and could use one of them for putting my clothes. I liked the bathroom, both the toilet and shower we're clean. I liked, that the neighbourhood of the hotel was quiet, apart from the occasional tram, from time to time. Breakfast was also very good, with a basic but more than enough selection of food. The sheets we're also clean and had no marks or stains.

I didn't liked, that the walls of the room were stained and that also the carpet on the floor was stained.
