Staff is awesome .....led by Nicole ....they go the extra mile to help you ..amazing ...we didn't find any of this in Salzburg/vienna Location is amazing with alp views all around and a countryside feel... Breakfast was the best we have had in austria so far

We loved everything about it, the hotel was very well maintained, the staff was really very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and it was on a wonderful room, I really compliment the staff of this hotel, then very convenient to go to the city or the surrounding area which are beautiful, I recommend it to everyone.

One of that cases when we can’t remember any bad or improper things in hotel - breakfast was great, everything worked as expected, it was extremely clean and staff was polite and friendly!

The breakfast was excellent, the sauna was very enjoyable and the staff made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

I loved all the rustic antiques throughout the hotel and the breakfast buffet was both delicious and plentiful. The owners and staff were excellent hosts and they made me feel very welcome.

Close to airport and staff was very friendly. Restaurant Bini beside the hotel was super.

It was not clean at all. Breadcrums in chairs, hair and black things on toilet, mirror dirty, toothpaste on walls and more.... Shower was leaking water, window screen only could be closed partly and some other things need to be repared. Room very noisy. Upstair and beside neighbours you could hear sneezing and talking loudly.

we got an upgrade to junior suite with iut own whirlpool in the room. the relaxing area was nice including a sauna, infrared cabin, water bath. the breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh, fresh fruits, homemade smoothies and also vegan friendly. top located to the bus station and many hiking paths starts straight in front of the door.

I was travelling on business and only spent one night at this hotel. Despite that, this small and cozy hotel made me feel like I was in a vacation in the Alps which is really high praise considering how busy my schedule and mind were at the time. The staff was very friendly and overall it was a very charming location to stay in. I was really happy with my choice and it brightened my day. Would definitely recommend.

First, I couldn't arrive to check-in properly. I've just underestimated the highways after the winter holidays. No problem for the very friendly hotel stuff. Everything was arranged for me. Thank you very much. The hotel is situated up the hill in the village of Götzens, outside of Innsbruck. The panoramic scenery of the Tirol's Alps is just breathtaking. The interior of the hotel is decorated with the old paintings and antiquities. One has the feeling being in an old Austrian castle. The room is quite big, with a larger corridor, a separate toilette and a bathroom, a small kitchen as a part of the corridor (with a smaller fridge and hotplates). At the end of it there is a large double-sized bed and a large sofa opposite to it. One can take a walk outside of the room on the large terrace with an exceptional view. Everything was clean and well prepared. The astonishing breakfast was simply a magnificent supplement to my stay in Tirol. Thank you very much. I will certainly return.

excellent location surrounded by beautiful nature. Easy access to the local ski resorts. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast spread which was served in a quaint restaurant area. the staff are so friendly, a wonderful family run hotel.

A quirky characterful and welcoming traditional Austrian hotel. The restaurant next door Binis, was also superb and fun. Breakfast in the hotel was lavish and generous.
