Nothing stood out noteworthy to put in this box. I suppose proximity to the airport could be added.

I informed through the messaging system that I would be arriving at an odd hour- just after midnight. I requested early check in / being able to check in after landing. I was told that early check in was subject to availability and nothing further. No further communication was had till I arrived at the hotel. I was then told that nothing could be done and I essentially had nowhere to stay for the night until check in 2pm. I was offered to have a meal at the restaurant at my cost and then told to leave by the front of desk person. I was not offered any other alternative stay. i don’t live in India, it is my first time coming to Mumbai. I essentially was stuck without a place to stay until 3am until I was able to secure a room where I was treated with respect and consideration. So much so that they put me up for an additional night for free hearing my plight. Ultimately I stayed one night at your hotel which was satisfactory at best. I expected more from a five star hotel, that too in Mumbai- more prestigious cities in India. I paid premium price and expected to be looked after. Not left in the dark. Your communication was rubbish which led to this circumstance and this poorly review.
