The rooms are elegantly furnished, offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea or the iconic Gateway of India. The plush bedding and thoughtful amenities ensured a restful stay, while the meticulous attention to detail in room service surpassed expectations.

The service at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel is unparalleled. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the courteous staff attending to every need, the commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout. Dining experiences were a highlight, with a diverse range of cuisines served with finesse at the hotel's acclaimed restaurants.
Facilities:

It lives up to its Legendary Iconic image. Everything is just perfect and everyone I met there simply wants to make your stay the best. I have never seen such enthusiasm and an extraordinary sense care from each and every employee of the hotel, as if there is tradition that they all are carrying forward. And whatever they do for you seem natural. The ambiance as well is magical, so many people keep flowing into the lobby and different restaurants of the hotel and I just felt so lucky to have been there. I hope to be there every time I go back to Mumbai.

للأسف كانت أقامه سيئة ،، من الساعة 7 الصبح ازعاج مكينة دريل شغاله لين اتصلت الرسبشن وافتكيت ، وبعدين عمال النظافة للأسف بعد وقت تنظيف الغرف ،، يسحبون الكرسي ويطلع صوت مزعج ،، وبعد فوط الاستحمام نظيفة بس مستهلك وايد ،، وفراش النوم نفس الشي نظيف لكن مستهلك ،، المكان محتاج (تجديد) وللعلم مب اول مره اسكن فيه ….

Got a wonderful room in the old wing. One of the best i ever had in an hotel. Super nice room with spotless bathroom and some little extra's like fresh fruit, footbath, newspaper ,..... . Staff was super friendly and helpfull. Excellent breakfast with a good variety in Indian and western food. Fantastic pool. Perfect location ; many sights within walking distance. Wish i could stay longer and hope i can come back here in the future.
I really cannot imagine anything negative during my stay.. It was just excellent in everything

We liked the 3 restaurants we dined at, and the Barbeque around the pool.

This is our first stay and to be honest as an iconic hotel we were expected much more. What I like was the staff, they were amazing. We had Sahil Checking us in, very dedicated and attentive. The spa and gym instructor on the check in evening was good too and the performance at the lobby.
I find it to be quite ordinary. 3 areas of improvement - rooms are quite old, very basic amenities. The spa was a huge dissapointment especially the steam. You need to make it a more personal experience. It’s doesn’t even seems like a 5 star. The only different it makes was your staffs they were amazing. Breakfast could do with a bit more international selection like jap.

The location and service was impeccable
The food. The food could be better in that the offerings were either too bland or too spicy. More items in the middle, fresh, and savory would be preferred. Example: The Table Restaurant nearby saved our trip food wise.

We like cleaniness and ambience.
When we arrived at 2.30 pm, our room was not ready and had to wait for another 15 minutes. We were tired a lot. Then we issued room no. 803. When we entered in room and inserted card, there was sudden cut off of electricity. And asked receptionist to fix this issue. Then we were changed to next room no. 804. And after few minutes, we received a call from reception area and offered a bottle of wine to apologize this kind of check in experince. We told him that we do not drink alcohol. Then he offered to send chocolates. We said yes to send. We waited for chocolates but no one came to send and not even while check out. We can understand our check in issue and it is ok. But you should not make promise to someone like this. This is not good. We did not expect this in Tata's property.
Ask yourself, should you make someone promise if you did not want to fulfill?

Великолепная архитектура, приятный сервис, чистота и непревзойдённые ароматы внутри. Проживали в Тадж Махал Палас. Чувствуется, что отелю 120 лет, но это приятное ощущение. Пожить 1-2 ночи однозначно стоит. У меня был день рождения, получила приятное поздравление от отеля. Хороший завтрак. Интересное и душевное место.
Удивил холодный бассейн. Странно, что такой отель предлагает своим гостям плавать в ледяной воде. Весьма расстроило, что детям до 15 лет нельзя погреться в джакузи после такого ледяного бассейна.
Очень маленькая зона для курения, вечером было не найти столик.
Для Индии - отличный сервис. Если сравнивать с европейскими странами, то местами не дотягивает. Например: на ужине очень долго ждали официанта, который бы убрал столик после других гостей, а в конце вечера официант подходил каждые 5 минут и спрашивал «А всё ли в порядке». На завтраке официант предложил воды и забыл. И много таких мелких деталей, которые вроде и незначительны, но оставляют осадочек.

You can't beat the location. Great value for money on the city view rooms as all rooms in the tower are the same size. That being said, the rooms are small, and the bathroom is tiny. The room is more like a 4 star hotel but you're able to use all of the facilities of the palace wing such as pool, fitness center, and spa. I stayed in the palace wing last year and you definitely get what you pay for, and that includes the front desk staff which are much more polite and accommodating on the palace side. After experiencing one of the sea facing club rooms in the palace wing once, staying for a fraction of the price on the tower side is well worth it.
The front desk on the tower side were straight up rude and argumentative when I told them that they had disturbed me by calling my room for a non-emergency over and over right around 10pm at night. I like to wake up EARLY. They called me so many times in a row while I was sleeping that I nearly disconnected my phone from the wall. The next morning instead of apologizing, they told me that they are allowed to call the room as many times as they want before 10pm. Totally unacceptable.

A notre arrivée, j'ai demandé si on pouvait avoir une chambre avec une baignoire. Taha me dit qu'ils sont fully booked mais que je pouvais revenir demain pour changer de chambre, sans frais, De la Tower au Palace !! D'abord, la Tower je la trouvais exceptionnelle mais alors le palace c'était encore une autre affaire. Ici on paye pour une expérience, un mode de vie, un niveau de confort. Chaque € dépensé est justifié. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et pour mon bébé, un vrai délice avec des omelettes bio préparés sur place. Nous avons eu des moments incroyables et souvenirs au Taj avec notre bébé. Merci 10000000 fois pour tout!
