bookig process: very poor - even though advertised by booking "no CC needed" were repeatedly in short time frequency required dot make downpayment which was a hassle and utli the check out it had noit been cleared if the payment had been done/received or not. Therefore originally booked room had been cancelled - first ight we got a very small room w/o window and seperate beds even though we had booked and paid for a large room with Queensize bed. Brekafast was very modest. location details / hitel fone nbr: nothing properly given / traceable. We couldnt call or email directly to the hotel, Cab driver dind't know how to find the hotel - FabHotel groups policy is extremely poor when it comes to personal communication (besides flooding us with not helpful SMS) - a desaster! Room which we were given for first night was a nightmare - even though we had pad for a much more comforatble room. I will never book through FAb Hotel group any more and strongly yrecommend to avoid this brand!

- staff members were very helpful (FIVE STAR) - closer to US embassy (less than 3kms) - we have stayed over our check-out time, they have accommodated our request to - once again they were very accommodative

- rooms where we stayed did not have ventilation - since smoking is permitted, rooms felt very stuffy when we went in - feel a little pricey for the stay

This hotel is the worst stay I have ever had in my life. I took my parents for their visa appointment. They stayed in a hotel for the first time. For the starters, I booked my room for 3 people. They showed king size big room while booking but actually they gave me small room for 2 people and mattress on the floor for 3rd person. That room had cockroach infestation. I requested for cleaning but they did not do it in the morning. Next day, there was some electricity problem in that hotel, power outage for more than 4 hours. I can understand that might be a sudden situation, but We stayed in dark, hot and humid room. They did not even have any electricity backup generator. All customers were angry and shouting in staff. Staff did not come to check on us, we had to ask for everything. Then I requested them to give room with window and some outside light, they gave big room. But that room had the worst cockroach infestation than previous room. On my request, they cleaned room and applied HIT cockroach pesticide in the room, but there was still huge infestation. Cockroaches all over bed, sofa, bathroom. I was embarrassed in front of my parents. I requested them for refund and reduce the charge due to so many issues, but they reduced only 800 Rs. This is the worst place, I can not imagine welcoming any foreign guest in such hotels, that place should be reviewed whether it should be licensed to run as a hotel for tourists. Only good thing was their staff. Staff was helpful and polite. Their staff is good but need to be proactive. Though Staff immediately acted on all my requests, but they were not proactive. They should have cleaned room and make sure the guest has comfortable stay.

Hygiene, cockroach infestation, food hygiene, no eldecticity back up, water heater was not good, no clean sheets
