Location is great. Right next to subway and a block from Central Cafe. Walk everywhere. Staff was amazing in every way. Good value for what you get.

Beds were not great. We stayed 8 nights so that was a problem but we survived. Room was hot and AC did not adjust. Toilet paper....seriously. need to upgrade. All that said, I'd stay here again, just not for 8 days.

Frühstück nur bis 10Uhr 30 ....ein bisschen knapp wenn man bisschen länger schlafen will und dann gemütlich Frühstücken will...

Our group had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the personalized service we received throughout our stay. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. We loved exploring the area and coming back to the hotel each night to relax in the comfortable and cozy surroundings. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. The staff was wonderful, from the first Bellman we saw and reception desk to everyone that works there. it was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do! It was a classic and elegant hotel. Loved our stay.

Comfortable hotel.

We chose here as it was five stars and we expected it to be clean. The stuff was helpful especially the bellboys. However, we had to change three rooms as there were hairs on the beds in all the rooms. It was unbelievable. No compensation was provided but they just changed the rooms. Finally someone came and changed the bed sheets since in every room we tried there were hairs. It is not the stuff’s problem but it was a bit disappointing. Also the TV was old. The bathroom was also not very clean but when we asked for it to be cleaned the housekeeping amazingly cleaned.

Fantastic central location, distinctive building, beautifully clean. All the staff, especially Ahmed, went out of their way to be helpful without ever being obtrusive. The lounge and bar is extremely pleasant and l enjoyed an outstanding bowl of porridge with fresh fruit and nuts, together with freshly pressed juice and coffee with non dairy milk, for breakfast. Very comfortable bed and room.
