Very large rooms and good bathrooms. a great, quiet location

They could improve the bar operating times and make better of the outside courtyard. The air-conditioning could benefit from improving

The hotel located in a good quiet neighborhood close range to the castle area, Margarete Island and downtown. The staff is friendly and professional. The room is confortable renewed and keept clean. Good value for the money In Budapest.

The breakfast was relatvely poor in terms of choice and quality and needs some improvement to comply with a 4 star standard.

Perfect location, safe neighborhood, close to the metro station and tram stop, the Parliament, a nice SPA, etc. Very nice, helpful and polite staff. Good internet, functioning even for laptops with high protection. Big room, clean, comfortable and quiet. The only noise came from the corridor when people were talking, moreover the doors make noise when shutting automatically, apart from that - silence, at least on my side of the corridor as the windows give on an inner garden.

This is not a criticism as I was happy with it as well, only some ideas to make things better, if possible: 1) breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am, other hotels offer it as from 6 am. If somebody has to leave early, then no breakfast even if included in the price; 2) moreover the variety of food could be a bit bigger; 3) when answering a question on how to get to the hotel from the airport/train station, all the options should be explained in detail: taxi, shuttle bus but also PUBLIC TRANSPORT (the latter was missing in the answer I received from the hotel)

Room was huge for a solo traveler, it had a bath tube, which was a perfect way to end the day. If you don't mind walking then Location was good. Bedroom was nice and comfy. Price was good, which was the main reason I ended up staying there.

Breakfast was terrible, of low quality, tasteless and monotonous. Barely working WiFi in the room, which was interrupting all the time, and sometimes was not even there because of a weak signal, so I had to use my mobile data. I wish they provided bath tube foam or some other bathing disposable items, otherwise, it was just a base for taking a shower.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Very nice location.

The hotel is listed as 4 stars, but in reality it corresponds to a maximum of 3*. The hotel is dirty and the photos on the website are very old, because today many things in it are outdated and need cosmetic repair and replacement. Dirty carpet with grease stains in the hallway, mold in the bathroom and a rusty sink. There were no disposable slippers in the room. Don't have high hopes for breakfast, not much choice, terrible coffee, stale muffins and limp pickles. Don't overpay here because the price doesn't match the quality.

I understand that one pull out sofa can accommodate two people. But if it was stated that room has one master bed and two sofa beds I expect that it actually has two sofa beds, and not just one that is pulled out. We ended up paying for one more room. And the heating is terrible. Room was cold and we have put heating on high. It didn't warm up anything.

parking place in the underground is very small and hard to reach. my room was not in the best condition. Lifts were just 2 also used for a room service so were occupied a lot

Before we came to hotel we asked for airport pick-up. As we arrived in Budampest airport we waited almost 30 minutes and no one came. at the end we had organize ourself for transport...Our fligt was late at the evening. Bathroom had a problem ...water did not drain in the sink, soup box did not work. Not good price-quality ratio.

this is 3* hotel, not 4*. possibly it was 4* but 10 years ago. - poor food on breakfast (meat cut was not fresh etc) - poor cleaning in rooms (looks like no cleaning under beds, chairs etc, balcony door glass dirty) - old furniture - broken equipment

Clean, functional, everything worked.

Would have liked clothes storage, dressing table and mirror in the bedroom area of our juniour suite. Choice at breakfast was limited and unvarying over the stay.
