Nice location, bus stop is just outside. Parking included in the price.

Breakfast was poor. Offensive label on breakfast tables "don't take sandwiches with you" (15 years have we been roadtripping around Europe every summer, never have we seen a label like this) !!! No pane integrale. Old air-conditioning, almost didn't work. Saw a very strange cable with small red light on it behind the tv, couldn't figure out the use of it. TV didn't work. Not clean enough. Very weak internet signal. Very slippery bathroom floor.

Breakfast selection was poor. We expected better, the same food every day.

Such a nice place, with great staff, they are so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here on our trip to Venice. Venice is easy to reach. The bus stops next to the hotel, which then puts you down next to the vaporetto station.

Very friendly and nice receptionist. The bedroom and bathrom are big enough and it was all perfectly clean. Breakfast on the buffet was pretty good and enough to choose from - even if there is nothing special compared to some other B&B locations. Coffee was served on order, for free. A private parking lot, which is included, is directly behind the house. Round about 10-15 minutes by car to go to Venice (parking Tronchetto). In total a very good hotel for a good price.

Air conditioning inside the room was not cooling down very much, but that was still fine for us. Would be nice to get some fresh juice for breakfast, rather than juice from powder or concentrate (?).

really cosy, home like hotel; coffee at breakfast was great. parking in the inner yard is also really convenient.

Nice place to stay and very close to Venice or airport.

We enjoyed our breakfast very much especially my wife because a gluten free alternative was provided . The hotel is located conveniently near a bustop with regular bus services for Venice The Staff are always happy to provide advice and assistance .

It was an easy checkin and the room had everything we need.

This hotel in Zelarino is located perfectly for a visit to Venice. Nice comfortable hotel, warm welcome, good breakfast, free parking and restaurant and busstop next door.

Clean with kind staff

Pictures of the room show that the room has a balcony but my room did not have one. The phone did not work as well.

Staff was AWESOME, room was super clean with new and fresh towels, room was really spacious and quiet. Highly recommended.
