Everything here is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the cleanliness is 5 star quality. The owners are lively and accommodating. I have rarely felt this welcome in a hotel before. Fabulous hosts. If youre looking to book a place in Siracusa, look no further. We were able to compare it to other places in the area and Giuggiulena wins in every category.

Excellent hostess Sabine. We were very well looked after, Her english is good so she can help with questions. Great size rooms with amazing outlooks. Fabulous breakfast. Close to Ortigia.

Great location over the water, with access directly for swimming. Our host Sabrina was brilliant and so helpful. Lots of small touches to make out stay easy such as printed bus timetable and reef shoes and snorkelling gear for swimming. View from our balcony was fabulous as was the restaurant just up the road recommended by Sabrina.

Our stay at Giuggiulena was excellent. Claudia and Sabrina were fantastic hosts. The location is amazing and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was lovely with home cooked bakes. We would stay there again and would definitely recommend Giuggiulena to anyone wishing to stay in Siracuse. Thank you to Claudia and Sabrina for making our holiday so memorable.

it’s located on the see and we ha access to our very own personal sea pool. It’s run by two sisters who did their very best to satisfy all our wishes. we were very lucky to discover this little treasure

they seem to have thought about everything and I can’t think of anything which displeased us.

Beautiful hide-away at a pitoresque location literally by the sea, walking distance from the downtown (Ortigia). The staff makes you feel like family, the bed is super-comfy and the breakfast is a culinary experience. It was definitely a highlight of our 1-week-trip to Sicily.

The charm of the two proprietors was special. The location on the waters edge and the light filled design of the building Beautifull clean and quiet bedrooms.

A little far from good restaurant options, but the walking was good for us!

our hostess was extremely accommodating throughout the stay. The view of the water along with the breeze and the sounds of the waves crashing was a great setting for vacation. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. 

I LOVED this place. Our room opened out to the most serene, beautiful view of the ocean. The sound of the waves was hypnotic. The rooms are so lovely and comfortable. And, there are several very nice common areas for relaxing outside your room. The owner, Sabrina, is a charming and gracious host. Incredible breakfast too. I highly recommend this place! Stay at LEAST 3 nights.

This is a small negative, but it is a 25 minute walk to Ortigia.

The building is located on the rocks on the seaside , the room with the balcony can see a good view of the sea, the breakfast was nice, and the owner was nice.

The street was very narrow, drive in and out was not so easy.

Sabrina the host was a treasure of knowledge and willing to help The breakfast is very rich and fresh with a large selection of local dishes, fruits, etc. and above all very tasty The room was large and spacious, equipped with every possible comfort, the bed is large and comfortable, I haven't slept so well in a hotel in a long time The view from the room was perfect!!! We will definitely return to Giuggiulena

We had no hot water on one morning and also renovations on the bottom floor began at 0730…

On the edge of Siracusa with nothing between the balcony and the sea! Truly delightful staff, particularly the owner Sabrina who is a force of nature. Breakfasts are wonderful. The location is the perfect distance for a peaceful walk after a big meal in Ortigia.

Amazing location right on the sea. Every room in this small B&B has a gorgeous view, you can hear the waves against the rocks all night long. Fantastic breakfasts, sweet rooftop deck and generous and kind hosts. You won’t be disappointed, the best place we stayed in our slow tour of Sicily, we didn’t want to leave.

Busy street out front for the 20 minute walk to Ortigia, but a small price to pay.

Sabrina was a gracious host during our stay. She provided information, made reservations for us at restaurants and made us feel at home. The views from our room and the dining terrace were amazing. Being able to start the day enjoying the Ionian Sea during breakfast was a highlight. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, sweet bakery items, salty Italian meats, fresh breads, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and cooked to order eggs. The walk to town is a distance, about a little over a mile away. We didn’t mind walking as the weather was still nice during the evening. Siracusa is a walkable town as we also walked to the see the ancient ruins.

Unique location right on the beach, outstanding breakfast, extremely friendly staff. Probably the best place to stay in Syracuse.

The only drawback is that you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the old town

Fabulous hotel in extraordinary setting. Sabrina and Claudia were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is great for sunbathing and they have a secure garage. The walk to Ortigia is fine - 20 minutes- and you can get one of the tourist buses there and back if needed.
