My main comment is that everything is spotlessly clean and the staff are just lovely - so friendly and helpful! Breakfast - Buffet Style - more than adequate for our needs. Nice choice, pastries that were freshly made, fruit, yogurt, cereal, cold meats and cheeses, eggs, bacon, tea, coffee, juice - the usual things but nicely laid out and fresh. You can request additional things (including non-machine coffee) and staff will make it for you. Pool is clean and pleasant and big enough - although the day passes the hotel sells to local folk mean that it can get busy at weekends. Poolside snacks and drinks were nice. I would have preferred if it was open for longer, particularly first thing in the morning (pool doesn't open until 10am, closes at 7pm).

The menu in the restaurant is the same for the whole season. It's lovely food and quite a wide selection, but if you are basing yourself at the hotel for a week or longer, it's going to get a bit repetitive.

This was our second stay at the Villa Cappugi. This is the best place I have ever been to so far. The bed, staff, rooms, nature, swimming pool, and etc. - everything is just great! I am planning to come back there!

Breakfast was continental buffet style. It was lovely, especially the cake and sweet treat selection! The breakfast room was light, airy and spotlessly clean.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

It was gorgeous garden and entrance area, furthermore the room, breakfast were amazing. 10/10

Why booking ask me about my personal stuff rather than hotel- related performance ?

We are highly satisfied with the Hotel! It is a ferry tail! The garden, swimming pool, tennis court, football court, breakfast and rooms look amazing! We definitely will go back there again!

Nice rural location with opportunity for evening walks. Close to Postoia which has good restaurants and easy parking and is also clean. Would make a good base to visit Florence, Lucca and Pizza using the train. There is a courtesy bus to the station.

The staff who booked us in at midday where great. But when the evening shift started we thought Basil, Sybil and Manuel had arrived, which generated a “Faulty Towers” stressed feeling. This also spoilt what could have been a niece evening in the attached restaurant.

The staff especially were welcoming and accommodating to my requests; the room was perfect and comfortable.

The pool was closed too early with no notification as this was the reason for booking and for the children to use, the temperature was 23 degrees sunshine for the final 3 days! The final bill was overcharged regarding other guests restaurant bills and room service prices , also children’s half portions charged at full adult price. 2.50€ cover charged per person per sitting in the restaurant which was not advised.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed for one night prior to our return flight to UK from Pisa.Our room was lovely and extremely clean. Staff were extremely welcoming both at reception and in the restaurant where we had a delicious dinner at a very reasonable cost.We highly recommend and will certainly return soon.

The food in the restaurant could be improved.

Easy parking and breakfast included at this good quality hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and a courtesy shuttle bus available most of the day. A 30min train ride to Florence - used the shuttle bus to get to the station.

There is a restaurant on site, but the food is a little expensive - it was good quality however. Other restaurants are available within walking distance.
