Woken up at 6:00AM because of the noise of people leaving the hotel or unloading loudly the breakfast in the lift. Room just next to the lift. Not soundproof at all. Disgrace.

This palazzo is stunningly beautiful and was beyond any expectations. Our room was spacious with a comfortable four poster bed and exquisite furnishings. Chiara and Fabiana were very friendly and helpful and served a delicious breakfast with superb tea and coffee. There was also a lounge area to relax in with cake and hot drinks after a long day. The historical sights of Pistoia are just on the doorstep .

It is perfect - nothing to dislike

Ambiente elegante in palazzo storico in centro: soffitti affrescati e arredi di pregio, camere e aree comuni splendide e d'atmosfera. Viene voglia di non uscire e restare in salotto o in una delle salette, a leggere e rilassarsi sorseggiando uno dei buoni tè disponibili.  Colazione ricca, curata e abbondante, con ogni bendidio dolce e salato di qualità, servita in una sala che è una bomboniera, tra luci soffuse e musica soft di sottofondo.  Personale efficiente e accogliente, sorridente e gentile. Pulizia ineccepibile, camera completa di tutto, letto comodo. Servirebbe forse un po' più di illuminazione in camera e uno specchio a figura intera, ma sono davvero dettagli trascurabili. Più che consigliato, un'esperienza da non perdere se si soggiorna a Pistoia.

Posizione ottima, stanza molto bella e ampia. Il personale è molto gentile. La colazione è davvero eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Elegant house in very central location. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

My only reservation was that the bedroom was slightly dark. Reading in bed was a little tiring on the eyes.

Die Lage, der Palazzo, das Frühstück!

Era tutto come descritto nel sito ufficiale. Location eccezionale in centro a Pistoia, con la comodità a circa 20 mt. di un parcheggio (non convenzionato) coperto e custodito, colazione veramente buona ed abbondante con varia scelta per tutti i palati e gusti, ambientazioni caratteristiche e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente, quando tornerò in zona, sarà il mio punto di appoggio.

In certe ambientazioni non si può migliorare ma bisogna solo preservare ☺ e la società LSM ha effettuato un restauro totale adeguato e funzionale.

The facilities are spacious, clean and filled with wonderful antique furniture. The breakfast was excellent. Fabiana was very flexible and arranged for a late check-in.

Great and very special interior with a nice touch. The breakfast had a brought selection and was delicious. A parking garage was nearby and very cheap (15€ per day)

There was no refrigerator in the rooms which would be an useful addition.

It is a very beuatiful palazzo which is comfortable to live in! You can enjoy a magnificient common space with frescoes and comfortable vintage furniture. Exceptionally friendly staff!

The host was very welcoming and kind. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfy. There was an amazing breakfast.

We found it difficult to locate the property without entering a ztl restricted car zone, but the manager said she’d sort a permit so that we wouldn’t get fined.

Beautiful hotel forming part of an old building, exquisitely furnished and decorated in a period style. Plenty of communal space as well as the bedrooms, with books on art and other subjects. The breakfast is exceptionally generous. The staff are charming and helpful. Good central location too.

The bed was OK but a luxurious mattress and pillows would have made the stay exceptional. With no internet or local phone checking in was a challenge

Fantastic find, very close to the centre. Was a bit dubious at first as entrance is down an alley but inside was fantastic. Big comfortable rooms, high wooden ceilings in an 18th century house. Breakfast was in the drawing room and very fresh and good.

Only thing was out of scope for hotel to fix: our Windows was turned towards a backyard where a small theatergroup performed, loudly every night until around 11.30 pm

Signora Fabiana at reception was most friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is beatifically decorated and there was a wide range of food available.

A characterful building in a central location a few minutes from the cathedral and main square, in spite of that my room was quiet. The reception staff were very helpful.

Definitely, breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The food, setting, friendliness, and warmth of the host were second to none. The hotel is in the historic center of Pistoia so we walked to all attractions and restaurants. One of the best restaurants is just on the other side of the street 20 meters away. Parking costs 15EUR per 24h and is open from 7am to 10pm (please check). Unfortunately for us, we received directions on how to get to the B&B while we were on the road driving, so consequently it took us a while to find it by ourselves. Ask for directions well in advance. The room is extremely spacious, almost 5m from floor to ceiling. We enjoyed staying in this historic building.

To get to the apartment from the street, you need to enter a code on the pad. At night, the digits on the pad are difficult to see, and there is no adequate lighting.
