My new husband and I had an unbelievable experience at La Madonnina. Every single employee was amazing and went above and beyond. The hospitality was truly unmatched and we will definitely be back in the future!

Hotel La Madonnina continuously exceeded my expectations! Not only is the hotel absolutely gorgeous, the staff are extremely kind and accommodating to anything we needed. I can’t wait to stay here again!

This applies to ALL hotels around the world....If I book a double room and pay for that extra amenity....then I should receive 2 towels at the pool...of course, I should be the one to notify the pool area or the desk of my double room booking....so no fault at this hote...the lounge chairs in hotels which do not have an adequate padding can be quite uncomforable for older people or for those with neuropathy. Just a note.

The location by the sea and the own beach facilities. All staff members were super friendly and made us and dog welcome.

One of the noisiest hotels we ever stayed at. There is constant door slamming dog barkin and people talking in the hallways. Not a good noise insulation on the 1st floor. Also the Spa was not as expected. The Sauna was not working and the Kneipp pool (very hot and very cold water) had a normal temperature and therefore not useful. Also the gym was not usable, as it doesn't have AC. The breakfast did not offer anything salty, neither fresh juice. Also the coffee was terrible, considering we're in Italy.

Everything: location, food. But also the complete staff: from reception, from cleaning, at diner and at breakfast, at the beach, ... I would go back immediately if it wasn’t for the distance!

Only one day of our stay: too loud music at the beach bar. But otherwise: no other negative points !

The location is exceptional. The hotel very well equipped. The staff absolutely amazing.

That we could not stay longer.

The hotel was very receptive/prompt to our notes via Booking communications on our arrival time and taxi pick-up. Taxi from port of Casamicciola to hotel was provided by the hotel. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and very welcoming; from housekeeping to managers everyone said buon giorno. Hotel was kept exceptionally clean throughout common areas and the rooms. Our room had a large balcony/terrace that overlooked the ocean. The main reception staff were there 24 hrs. and were always providing us ideas on things to do and how to get there. The beach and waterfront area are exceptional in services offered including a fulltime lifeguard. Breakfast was complete with pastries, fruit, cereals, cheeses and cold meats. Hot breakfasts were available for an additional cost. Over our 5-day stay, we sat overlooking the ocean every morning while having our breakfast. Various bus routes stopped right outside the hotel and made travelling easy without long wait times. On departure, we really appreciated the hotel arranging the transfers from hotel to the ferry by taxi, the ferry ride and the taxi from the ferry to the Naples airport.

The WIFI was slow or sporadic once we went out onto the terrace. Beds were a little on the firm side but not unusual for Italy. Still had very good sleeps.

Too many cakes and No cheese for breakfast. Would have like freshly pressed orange juice or lemon, as this is in the South of Italy. They had a “menu” with omelet choise, but What they said was in English, were only a few words, the rest was not translated. Eg verdure was still verdure in English instead of vedgetables.

No clear menu for the breakfast. You could get plenty of delicious food but needed to ask for everything

Everything…the staff, the facilities, the food, etc. There is nothing not to like as everyone on staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met

What I did not like was the fact that we only booked three days and not longer. We got spoiled.

More choices regarding hot food at breakfast and to have heaters underneath to keep it hot. Drinks very expensive.
