beautiful location, wonderful thermal pools (10) of different temperatures, steam room, friendly staff, allocated sun loungers for the whole stay, very clean and well looked after, linen changed every day. easy access to the sea, with thermal spring. warm water, jetty with more loungers. view from the rooms was lovely, we had our own little private garden, very quiet and peaceful. breakfast was typical buffet but good quality and plenty for a set 10 euros. plenty of places to visit locally and on the island. both are a bus ride away. very easy to get bus into the port and you can buy your ticket in the hotel. we hired a car (45 euros a day) to give easier access for family of 5 to whole island.

lots of steps, on a steep hill (fine for us, but not accessible for everyone). the restaurant was very pricey, beautiful location food quality good but not up to the price (eg 15 euros for a cocktail). our bed was quite hard. you need to take beach towels and swim hats, or buy theirs. we arrived after a long journey about 4pm and there was no food available (bar does limited snacks at lunch but their food had run out) and no space at the restaurant that evening - just something to be aware of. the hotel recommended a local restaurant, walking distance, nubili, which was very lovely with amazing views of the port, def worth a visit.

15 from 10 points. Perfect location of the hotel, is a beautiful view. Lots of space in green. There are many thermal pools with different water temperatures, good access to the sea. The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. Everything is clean, in the pools you should to use a cap (somebidy don'tlike it, but for us it was no problem). Delicious food. -Because of the landform, it's can be very problematic for people in wheelchairs and witch baby strollers.

The property is beautiful. Great food. Many things to do from pools to the ocean. Many restaurants down at the port. Amazing views of the ocean. The room was spacious we even had a little yard out front to relax after day in the sun and pools which was a nice touch. Amazing time for a short stay and to experience the famous Ischia thermal pools. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Definitely a great spot to consider while in Ischia.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. It is a far walk from the main town you will most definitely break a sweat if you do the walk. No shops, everyday stores, etc. near the hotel. Obviously a little out of the hotel’s control, but would be nice to have a small convenience store in case you need basic items like water/small snack before bed (make sure to buy some things from the pool bar to maybe keep in your room). You need to travel to the port or surrounding towns which at night you’ll have to pay at least €20 taxi if you don’t want to break a sweat and do the walk.

You have to wear swim cap in all pools. there are a lot of stairs, so not suitable for people with handicap or or other health problems. There is a big difference in the quality of the rooms. The rooms with a view are nice. We stayed in room number 1 which was not very charming. No windows.

I loved the geothermal facilities and access to the ocean. The property is situated in a gorgeous cove. The views are stunning! The beach front restaurant is outstanding - food and staff! My 7 year old son wants to return to the hotel just to see the bartender again. He was so generous with my two kids.

The room was a bit dated and it’s difficult to get dinner unless you dine at the beach restaurant or go into town.

I liked absolutely everything, hotel- my room was with view on the sea, personnelle and owners do very big good job- amasingly good friendly kind people. They made me feel welcomed and very comfortable like at big italian family but discret when necessary. food, service, spa and thermal park itself super good. Special thank you to the barmen !.....If i could, i would stay forever there.

There are always something to complain about for those who like to complain. But if you will talk with other clients you will discover that all of them came back here again and again - surely not because there is something that they didn't like!)

The breakfast is fantastic! You order from a menu and they are very generous with the portions. The food quality was excellent. The staff were very nice and engaging, always willing to help. The service at the restaurant and the pool cafe were always quick and caring. We ate dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. The menu was a little limited, but both my wife and I enjoyed the meal, service, and the views! The pools and spas are exceptional and relaxing, but are in need of some maintenance to really be a highlight. The views from everywhere in the resort are wonderful! They keep one of the pools open as long as any guests are interested in being at the pool!!! Day guests depart at 6:00 pm when all pools but one are closed.

The room was a deluxe with sea view teraza. I was a little disappointed that the terrazzo had no privacy...but the view was very nice. The furniture on the terrazzo was lower than the shrubbery....meaning you could not enjoy the view while sitting down. The hotel assigns an umbrella and chairs on the pool deck for guests. There were many options, but few available when we checked in. Reserving a higher end room without offering the opportunity to choose which pool and location (they differ in water temperature, children being allowed, and amount of sunlight) at time of reservation was a bit disappointing. As it worked out, we were asked to move our location each day with little option. The redeeming part is that all of the pools were very nice....some just have too many children and not enough sunlight for our preference.

Beautiful resort with thermal water pools in varying temperature. Gorgeous views of the sea everywhere. Many beautiful flowers all over the resort. Also access to swim in the sea. Great restaurant and nice staff. Loved it!!

Nice clean pools in the thermal park. Only one smiley and helpful staff at the thermal park area - Manuela was her name I believe.

Most staff grumpy, even though the annoyances were caused by their own bad service and processes. Damp room with old furniture. Hairs on both my bed sheets and towels. Patio furniture dirty and covered in worms. Room cleaning costs extra 15EUR/day (!) - I have never heard of such in any hotel. Anyway, I decided not to take it, cleaning lady still entered my room after a short ring on my bell while I was still sleeping. What she was doing there, they never explained to me, even though I complained at reception. They said they knew what happened, just turned around and walked away from me (!?). The location is remote from the port and the beach, and does not feel safe to walk after sunset as there are long stretches with no street lights. You cannot use the pools before 2pm on your arrival day, or after 2pm on your leaving day. The main reason why I booked this place was that I had a late night departure flight and wanted to spend my last day in water. Found out at check in that it was not possible. The descriptions says they have a beach. In practice this means 12 sunbeds on a sundeck on the water, out of which only 2 (!) are reserved for residential guests, and those 2 have been already taken for the week when I arrived. So technically, I had no beach option. I find the description very misleading here. I would recommend to visit the thermal park with a day ticket without staying in this hotel.

Nice hot baths. A fantastic restaurant down at the sea just outside the hotel (Ristorante guarrachino). Great food and reasonable prices.

Overpriced restaurant with a mediocre food. Breakfast was good, but one would expect more from a 4-star hotel.
