Breakfast was good. Plenty of food. Beautiful place … pools were lovely as was the beach area.

Some Staff were abrupt or dismissive at times. Locals were treated much better than the international guests. Could have been cleaner.

I loved that the location of the hotel was close enough that I could walk into town (about a 20 minute walk) when I wanted more activity, but also far enough that it was removed from noise or crowds. It was really peaceful and tranquil, very relaxing and the hotel grounds were beautiful with lush plants and flowers everywhere. The two pools were gorgeous and gave me options to choose from, and the beach area was also beautiful. The restaurant was also lovely, though I only had breakfast. (Which was great and had an amazing selection!) I already miss having cappuccinos and fresh fruit while looking out at the sea! My room was also lovely, just the right size, very quiet and I loved that I had a balcony.

I wouldn't change anything about my experience. I truly loved it all.

-unfortunately, the AIRCO in our room wasn't working, I informed the Front Office but it was never repaired. Due to this reason, our room was extremely hot -in order to reach the hotel you need to go up and down many stairs every time -the furniture in our room were not the best as the drawers were smelling of old wood

The room was large enough for two people. Quite swimming pool area for relaxation.

Unfortunately the beach needs an upgrade, entry to the water was not fixed properly and the there was no-one watching out for visitors. Breakfast did not meet our expectations. I believe it has to be improved for 4 star hotel.

We loved every bit of our stay. it is in a lovely spot with relaxing landscape.

Loved the staff, the pools, the breakfast and beach. Special and sincere thanks to Linda, Frederica, Pino, Alberto and Frederico whow were all really fantastic and made our stay really warm and enjoyable.

Our second time at the hotel and a little sad that nothing was offered for our loyalty. Even when we go back to restaurants, they offer a drink or a little something. Also sad that despite being practically the only people who stayed 2 weeks half board with 2 rooms, we were only able to sit by the window for dinner twice during our whole stay. It felt like as we had children with us, we were not a priority and this was very disappointing. We felt like we were being demanding when asking, when it only seemed completely normal to us that everyone have this opportunity. We were also disappointed by the food. Not as good as we remembered. Too much, too many flavours and trying too hard. In a world where so many are hungry, it seemed a ridiculous amount of food for each person!

The location is amazing. Even though it is up the hill, you can quite easily walk to the hotel from the port. They also offer hotel shuttle which we did not use. I would recommend it to younger people as the hotel is located on a cliff and there is a lot of stairs, but we did not mind and loved the scenery. The pools nor the beach pier were not crowded at all, always a few free spaces and one afternoon we had the pool completely to ourselves (we recommend staying at the upper pool). The only problem/inconvenience for us was that the hotel restaurant is very overpriced and the quality of the food poor (the last thing you want after four days in Napoli is badly prepared frozen pizza). The breakfast was good though and you can get good pizza in the centre in the evening. Overall good stay and we think we will come back some time.

The restaurant is so overpriced and the food not great. Frozen pizza for 6 euro and not even baked well. Club sandwich for around 16 euro (don't remember exactly). The staff was nice though and the breakfast was sufficient, but lunches here were difficult if you don't want to go to a restaurant in the city at noon.

this hotel does everything right. attentive but not in your face. great staff great facilities but relaxed and you feel at ease
