Budget-friendly, spacious room in a good location.

Lack of air conditioning -- in my (economy single) room at least. There was a large ceiling fan which helped but I found it hard to sleep when I stayed in the summer.

Very central location and friendly staff.

The breakfast was only adequate, it lacked variety.

I had a documented emergency related change of plans, so I couldn’t stay there. they didn’t refund me after I requested a waived fee due to their policy. Completely unresponsive to my messages and calls to inform them. Staff is incompetent.

The Hotel is very well located in a central area close to several bars and restaurants with easy access to anywhere in the city. The staff are polite and the restaurant is very good!

The hotel was generally what I expected. I appreciate that there is always someone at the front desk willing to answer questions. I had taken an overnight bus after a flight cancellation and arrived very early (10:00 am). My room was ready so the staff gave me the key early which was so nice. The toilet seat was oddly narrow (which may have only been in my "eco" room) but other than that the room was as expected - clean with the basics like soap. The breakfast was fine but next time I would probably skip it since I like the "coffee" experience of Italy as opposed to a machine.

The 1950 style of hotel beautifully maintained in older building.exveptionally helpful staff.Great location.the stay was surprisingly perfect.

The breakfast had choice but the croissants were either stale. Or just sub-par.

Guests do not like to eat in dark cellars. Convenient, clean, reasonable cost. Most staff are pleasant and helpful and kind.

Some guests are too noisy using the corridors upstairs. Some notices reminding guests to be quiet in the evenings when might help.

The hotel is in a great location to visit the center of Turin. It is close to a number of bus stops which makes it easier for travelling. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was super clean and welcoming. The breakfast, although there wasn't a huge variety, was very good, especially the pastries.

The location was perfect! Near both the Porta Nuova and the Porta Sussa train stations and very close to the city center. Everything was within walking distance. The single room was very spacious, bigger than I expected! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was neat. It had everything I needed for my short stay. Great value for money, would definitely come back again!

While I appreciate that the front door was locked during the night, there was no one at the reception to let me back in when I came back to the hotel. I ended up standing outside for some minutes, trying to figure out how to get back in. Seems like some alarm went off and the receptionist went to check, they let me in as soon as they were back so it was all good.

Very clean room and hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The only thing that I would suggest is more savoury choices for breakfast.

Staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was delicious. Immaculately tidy. The room decor was a bit dated but kept so clean and maintained so well that you stopped noticing it! The room was spacious, with good storage, a safe, minibar, and a lovely juliet balcony. The location was as good as it gets. We visited the centre, and wherever we ended up, we were never more than a 15-minute walk from the hotel. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Torino.
