Very nice and helpful employees! Nice rooms, good space. Very good breakfast. Extremely clean everywhere. Hammocks and sun beds in the garden, volleyball and the ball could be borrowed from the reception. Free X-box with games and board games in the lobby area. 2 min walk from the Aqua Park - Termy Maltanskie. Lots of parks, walking paths, climbing park, bungee in the close vicinity.

Missing air condition in the rooms on the ground floor. I was there twice during the summer and the room on the 1 floor has air condition installed. Quite boring food for lunch, dinner.

1. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, first let me say that the carpets in the room are filthy, the bed is uncomfortable the mattress is very thin, of course you get two small pillows in the room which are also uncomfortable the toilet has no trash can, the bath tub is really high and the sink metel blocker is rusty and gives a nasty smell when you open the water, when room service cleaned the room they didn't change the covers for 5 nights and their cleaning is just fixing the bed in a horrible way as shown in my photo and the dust is everywhere because they didn't bother to clean other than the bad smell in the bathroom 2. They have an Xbox for kids to play since it was raining but my son couldn't play on it for 5 days because the same kid would sit on it from morning to night not allowing other kids to play which isn't fair since we all paid for the facilities in the hotel, there should be a timer for each guest to get a turn to play. 3.I ask the reception guy where there are near by restaurants as my son is a picky eater and the menu is very limited he answers with I don't know and then I ask is there an application here where I can order food he said go find it on the internet. I mean not even giving an effort to help. 4.The room service is an extra charge which is weird because we are in a hotel and I don't get why it's extra it costs more than delivering food from outside room service is extra 10 zloty. Ordering food from outside is around 4 zloty 5.The hotel needs renovation the carpets and bathrooms and beds are a big issue and very outdated. 6.Why make an outdoor rain shield on top of the tables when you are not going to open it to the end so sitting outside was horrible because all the chairs and tables were wet. 7.I will never stay here again and I don't suggest anyone staying here if they have an issue with cleanness. 8.

Fantastic location near the lake with plenty of activities for the whole family and places to eat. Hotel itself is very modern, clean, has a outdoor pool with free to use accessories such as floties etc. stuff very helpfull, rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. We coulndt have asked for more. Very enjoyable stay. Cleaners were in every single day at our convinient time keeping room clean and tidy.

I honestly cannot fault anything about this place.

We where planning to visit the aqua park in Poznan so location was dab as the hotel is right next to it. The downside was the there is no shops , restaurants nearby other then the hotel one which we thought was overpriced and food was not what we expected either.

Rooms are good value for money and addition of small pool was great though food was overprized, service very slow and kids portions little embarrassing..My 8 year old picked pierogi that ment to be good for kids up to 12yrs old and he got served 4 or 5 pierogi ( had to wait for it close to 1h!)..and had to eat half of my husbands dinner. There is little to none of other restaurants or shops nearby. On positive site though a short walk from the hotel you could catch a tram to Poznan city centre ( 10min on tram ) where there was good celection of restaurants.

The hotel is from one side right next to the tram station and from the other side by the water park and lake. It's a great starting point for a fun/chill summer vacation.

We had a meal in the hotel restaurant, the taste was just okay, but the price was quite high compared to anything else in the city.

- Excellent kitchen: big choice breakfast and daily fresh bread. Also other courses very tasty (and believe me, I am picky/ have developed taste ;)) - Very close to Termy: via shortcut only 2 minutes walk. - Staff in general very helpful (most of them friendly but not exaggerated).

- People smoking on courtyard, hence when keeping windows open for fresh air...... a dedicated place, for example in front of hotel could be a solution. - Beds very low and interiour dated (hence bit misleading, making it a bit overpriced to me); package deals when staying more days receiving a discount would be more attractive.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was very comfortable.

The noise levels had been obsurd. There was a group a that had been up all night playing loud music and shouting. Reception silenced then several times but to no avail. So it was impossible to get a good night's sleep
