the location and the room size

my twin brother booked another room with his girlfriend. 2 days before checkin in, his girlfriend got sick and decides not to come to the trip with us. My brother and I tried to cancel one of the rooms and sleep in one of the rooms but even by sending all the necessay proof regarding his girlfriend’s health status, the hotel manager decided to charge one night of the second room. Pathetic.

Everything. Beautiful hotel, everything spotless, good food and lovely staff.

recent renovations are excellent and the rooms are spacious and very good. shame the pool was closed and the Padel courts need some love but very nice

open space and excellent staff

I liked the simplicity. the breakfast is very good, and everything including the wifi, actually works

Quality of room fittins eg broken cupboards and sliding door Bathroom fittings are useless Ancient air conditioner No coffee/tea facility in room

Close to Valderrama golf course

Room smelt damp and musty. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly
