Modern apartment in great location within walking distance of tourist attractions, restaurants and bar. Met by contact who helped us park car across from accommodation. She also gave us some recommendations for local restuarants and information regarding local festival.

Unfortunately it was located on a Junction of 3 streets. Being only 1 floor above street level could hear pedestrians , cars , trucks and garbage trucks all night long !

Amazing apartment in a perfect location!

The location right in the center is perfect, however ... (see what I didn't like)

The 1st night (saturday) we finnally felt asleep at 4 am due to the noise in the street, people from one bar nearby kept talking loud in the street.

Our hostess was very nice and friendly. Although we didn't meet her in person she kept in touch with us, finding out if we needed anything, with tips for restaurants etc. The location is PERFECT - within a radius of 1 km are most of the main attractions of Sevilla, the Sta. Cruz and Triana neighbourhoods, etc. Nearby, there are good cafes, restaurants, esplanades, essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. BUT... this perfect and privileged location, as central as you can get in Seville, can become a problem, as I will explain...

Unfortunately, it was more the things we didn't like. - The flat does not have a single "solid" exterior wall, the envelope is aluminium and glass frames. You can guess the consequences in thermal insulation, light entering the rooms (the blackouts are inefficient) and noise - it's a very noisy area at night and the flat is almost at street level (1st floor). Imagine the noisy motorbikes and people passing by all night long, a few meters from you trying to rest, separated by a glass wall. Under these conditions, what is the main advantage of the flat (the centrality) becomes a disadvantage... - The feeling I had is that this space was designed for commerce and services use, it was once an office, and is now "adapted" to serve as housing. - The cleanliness is good, except for the toaster, which we didn't use. - Flat is comfortable but could be better equipped - espresso cups (only 4 big mugs available), kitchen knives (only one available, and of poor quality)... - Wi-Fi is slow and unstable. - Cut off system on the electrical supply like in an hotel, you need one of the keys on the keychain to be in a lock to turn on the supply. The keychain itself is a padlock, to avoid taking this key out. So, you can't leave a device charging; you can't air-condition the flat unless you're at home, which is a problem with high temperatures and glass walls; in addition, for the system to be effective there can only be one set of keys, which, in an apartment where six people can sleep, can become very limiting to their autonomy... In short, if noise and light in the room at night, and poor climatization, are not a problem for you, then you have found the ideal apartment. In our case, we will return many more times to Seville, but not to this apartment.

Everything was wonderful. The location is in the city center, the apartment is beautiful, clean, very functional. Almudena is an exceptional host I recommend with pleasure.

The apartment is located in the city center - easy check-in and check-out, easy and fast communication with Almudena (Host) - great service. I can only recommend this apartment.

- Best location for city tour. Very near to the Sevilla Cathedral. - As the room faced to busy road side, so we didn't sleep well because of noise in the 1st night. But the day after, after chatting with host, she changed the the bigger, more calm room willingly, and we enjoyed 2nd day and night well. - I appreciated her quick measures.(changing room)

- Even the host explained me well about the pros and cons of the room, but how each people could read all the reviews about that room. Anyway, the clients should be patient with outside noise during night in spite of best location.

Accommodation and host were super great. Location is perfect. Accommodation is very clean, cozy and big. Our host was so friendly and open.

Even with windows closed you can hear every sound coming from outside. During the night a little bit bothering but let’s face it the accommodation is in the middle of the center and it‘s kind of normal to have that noise.

Overall, this is a nice apartment in a great location - close to cathedral, restaurants, shops; very pleasant walk (a little long) to Plaza de Espana. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and fairly well-equipped. It was nice that a few things like oil and spices were in the apartment. Also a nice surprise was that the washing machine is also a dryer. The property owner was exceptional! Very communicative before arrival; met us to show us where to park, showed us how everything worked. She also made an excellent dinner recommendation at Casa Los Morales near the apartment. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The parking was very convenient.

I guess I need to pay more attention to photos. It turns out that all the exterior walls of the apartment are glass. So being one level up from the street near a major plaza meant plenty of noise outside when trying to go to sleep, even mid-week. By the second night, we were already a bit more used to it. Equipment wise, I remember needing a bread knife.

The lack of soundproofing makes all the positive aspects of this apartment void. The noise is ongoing day and night.

the apartment was excellent, everything you need for a weekend break. very well equipped kitchen.

I would have slept like a baby in the apartment had it not been for the bar underneath the window. Ear plugs are a must.

Location is at the corner of Plaza Nueva and very convenient for tourist activities. Very clean, easy check in.

The apartment appears to be owned by a lawyer (was a law office?) and has floor to ceiling windows on the 2nd floor so need to close all shades for privacy.

The apartment overall is lovely. Really beautiful and exactly like pictured. The window at the living room was great as well! The location is perfect close to center and really safe! The communication with the owner was on point and they went out of their way to great us at our preferred time. Nice detail is that every towel set is different colour so you do not mix them.

The only con is that the apartment is not well soundproofed. Hence at night you could here everything from the street, the garbage truck,the ppl returning from the bar etc. If you sleep lightly maybe take this under consideration.
