It was okay, but for the price I expected better. The staff was friendly, the room was fine, the breakfast was good and served at variable times depending on what you had planned for the day

The internet was poor quality and there was no TV in the room or common areas.

Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Puerto Natales, the staff is super friendly and was happy to accommodate early breakfast for us because we had to leave early. There is a very nice area both upstairs and downstairs where you can relax. The room was nothing special, but clean and well-maintained.

Very charming building with warm, helpful staff. The location is incredible with lots of great restaurants a short walk away. The bathroom was small but manageable.

The walls are fairly thin and our bedroom was situated right above the street, so we were kept up pretty late due to the noise.

Very good hotel in the centre of town, easy parking on the street. Very helpful staff, English spoken. Good buffet breakfast with fresh eggs cooked to order. Good WiFi.

Attached restaurant had limited selection of food, though there are plenty of good restaurants in town.
