spa área: sauna and Pool are not clean, water is dirty. sauna is not working- it was barely warm, jacuzzi was cold as well.

the room was dirty, full of dust and hair, also they keep painting the rooms floors and walls without cleaning them first. you can see a bunch of dirt trapped under the paint coat. The spa is terrible and not working. there is dirt in the water, the jacuzzi was barely warm, the sauna was cold and dirty. this place is falling apart.. we booked it to enjoy the spa after a long hiking trip in Torres del Paine. what a disappointment.not worth the money

We were upgraded to their NOI suite which offered spectacular views of the bay as well as Torres del Paine.

No coffee or tea making facility in the suite.
