I you don’t want to see turtles, sea lions or manta rays during breakfast this is not you hotel ;)

Great waterside location for the restaurant , kind of cool having to get a water taxi to the town

Bathroom was a bit basic

Absolutely loved this hotel, from catching a water taxi to their own pier, to allowing a free late checkout and with a room and restaurant both with water views. It felt like an experience and a world away from the main town (although it’s only a couple of mins in a water taxi).

Nothing

The restaurant patio is stunning - so beautiful to sit by the water and watch the boats in the harbour and the frigate birds overhead. There's a short walk to a quiet cove beach with great swimming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the bathrooms are a bit dated. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, I highly recommend the hotel.

The bathrooms are a little small and dated, a few cracked tiles etc.

Loved everything

Excellent location, very quiet, just a short walk from Las Grietas. The staff is wonderful doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable and feel very welcome. Breakfast is outstanding. We stayed here short notice because our cruise was cancelled due to an accident and we had to make quick alternative plans. One of the hotel managers organized a snorkeling and fishing tour to Daphne, which was outstanding.

You only can reach it by water taxi, so if you have certain mobility issues, that may make access more difficult.

Stayed just before corona virus hit Galapagos, Arrived by boat, wanted a couple of days ashore to relax. Great location, away from town, but easy to access with water taxi.Very friendly staff.

Restaurant service was a bit slow, a very limited menu (before Corona),. The room was clean and comfortable, yet lacking those little details. Toothpaste for us$ 12??

Location, staff and decor were perfectly acceptable

The hotel owners had scheduled extensive maintenance work during our stay - we were one of only a few couples staying at the time. The refurbishment was noisy, lasted all day and created clouds of dust which meant the public areas of the hotel were unusable throughout our stay.
