Location and view. Beautiful oceanfront balcony and sound of surf. Walking distance to most of town.

One of the 2 AC’s did not work. We had to sleep in smaller beds and close door to sleep to cool room down to tolerable level. The bathroom fixtures were atrocious. Shower head was completely shot. No hot water on sink and fixture need new seals. TV was a 9” CRT type with static filled Spanish language cable with about 25 channels. The mattresses were thin and the blankets cheap. Overall terrible room but the location and view compensated somewhat.

very nice place to stay. sea front rooms are nice with chairs outside. the manager was wonderful !! we arrived early and they were quick to put us in our room. I was recovering from food poisoning and was delivered lovely cups of tea to calm my stomach. they offered information regarding treatment at the medical clinic. they also allowed us to leave our big checked bag at the hotel for a few days while we went to Isabela island. we stayed with them again on our return and again were put in a room early after getting off the morning ferry.

The Internet does not work at all. The whole island got troubles with connection, but at this particular hotel it is absent. Get yourself a Starlink set for example.

Nice view of ocean from balcony. Comfortable bed, hot shower tho it took awhile to warm up. Wifi sometimes worked in my room. Place was close to pier and restaurants. Area was quiet at night with ocean sounds.

-Curtains did not completely cover the window. -It was difficult to enjoy the balcony view due to tourists sitting and talking for hours on balcony right outside my room, tourists talking loudly on balcony at midnight, and tourists smoking cigarettes on balcony against hotel policy.

Since my room was right next to the lounge with wifi the signal was good in my room. AC and TV worked well.

I booked a room with a sea view and when I requested to change the date of my reservation,they agreed. I showed up to a smaller room overlooking the driveway. They said the room I booked wasn't available despite agreeing to give me the same reservation on this new day. Anyway, ocean view is only really nice from 2 rooms, from the others you also see construction being done at the base of the building. Shower wasn't very hot, towel had holes, shampoo/soap bottles were old dish soap containers partly filled. It was hard to find any staff at times.

Wifi is very slow and it often completely stop. Except it , it’s very comfortable.

The view of the sea was incredible. Crabs, sea lions, and iguanas would lounge on the rocks right outside the balcony. We left the windows open at night and the white noise of the waves was outstanding. Anything we asked for, the staff was accommodating and helpful. The storage in the room (the closet and shelving) was great for our group of 3.

Hot water in the shower was a bit spotty.

the location is perfect! just beside the sea and the room is big with small fridge , the decoration is nice
