Very close the beach

Was amazing, loved how friendly the staff were and how clean the rooms were. The view was amazing

Our family room was very large, a welcome change from similar, cramped rooms in other hotels we stayed at. Nice breakfast. Location is at the seaside, with on-site parking.
The hotel is rather old (e.g. a couch in our room could use new upholstery...) but it offers plenty of charm in the common areas and it feels spacious.

Location was great. Breakfast was lovely staff were kind and responsive.
Disappointed that swimming pool wasn’t in function so had to travel to neighbour hotel.
The bath tap ran cold water so kids had to have cold baths. Nothing was done about this. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay and we were there for 2 nights.

check-in at the hotel took place on July 7. On the next day of my stay, I developed rashes on my skin. Every day there were more trips. I could not understand what it was, since I had never lived with bedbugs in my life. July 10 I was already covered in bug vinegar. I cannot describe my shock and horror at this situation. I am currently undergoing treatment and this skin problem is not going away quickly. The hotel does not respond to my messages! I think that it should be closed - because staying there is dangerous for health!!

The distance from the hotel to the beach.
The staff gave incorrect Information about parking. When we tried to bring it up again with the morning staff she didn’t even want to listen to what we had to say. Didn’t let us speak to understand the situation.

lovely room with easy access
Only thing that could of been improved on was a balcony, but the price was low and the access was excellent

the rooms were clean, good view of the ocean from sea view room
the hotel is in serious need of paint - the hotel looks super run down from the outside but yet it nice inside, we honestly thought we had pulled up at the wrong hotel
on complaining during check in we was complimentary upgraded to a sea view room however even the paint on the balcony was peeling off and felt shabby

location was good.
firstly the staff at the reception were very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
The TV, Telephone wasn’t working at all.
also the room was not worth it for the money i paid & also most service was not available during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay a lot, location was fabulous, rooms were spacious and tidy. The only problem was the shower and no hot water. I had to use my parents' room for that so that's why I gave average marks for Comfort. We stayed in room 3303 and reported that to the reception. We were told to leave water running for 15 min and that's it. No proactive help at all. Surely you could have done more and send someone upstairs to check or show us? Apart from that, lovely place by the seafront.

Didn’t have breakfast as it wasn’t being served in our hotel , elderly parents couldn’t walk across , very dissatisfied
There was no food faculties, the bar wasn’t stocked beer pumps run out, there was always a problem with the bar , my elderly parents couldn’t get a cup of tea , no milk was the answer , couldn’t get a glass of wine as keys to the fridge couldn’t be found …. It goes on ?????

Loved the bed! Clean and towels were too. Good size tv .
Parking was free in your other place not your sister hotel which was annoying.

The view, bed, room size, bars and relaxation areas, bathroom was good though shower control was a bit cumbersome. Location not just for sea view but town centre also
Lovely stay in a very nice hotel staff were great
The best thing was being able to have a blue badge parking bay right by the main entrance.

room was cold and smelled of sewage. we were moved rooms after we complained. new room was good, warm and no smell. the location is excellent but we just felt for the price it wasn't the greatest experience
