Loved the sauna and pool and everyone was so lovely and polite

unfortunately the room we where put in wasn’t the cleanest and was facing the main road and it was very loud and could here fighting and something strange going on over the road in a hotel opposite which kept us up all night

The room was really spacious, huge bath and shower. Bed was comfy and room was clean. We used the swimming pool, steam room and sauna which was very nice and relatively empty. Easy to get to The Triangle. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Bit difficult to find the room, could do with some signs in the lodge. Also car park is a bit difficult to get in and out of because there is no turning space, but we managed to get a spot which was a bonus.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was gorgeous..spacious, warm, and a fantastic bed.

The best location in Bournemouth, the beach, is 5 minutes like the town centre.

The room was tiny-tidy, bright, and faced to the south. Maybe this is why the AC was set at 16 degrees when I arrived. It was freezing cold. Anyway, you can set it back, no problem. But missing the fridge and waking up to a gunshot every 5 minutes is a problem. No, it was not a gunshot; the room door shut was so loud, and the doors were so close to each other that you could hear everyone coming and leaving their room, slamming their door behind them. No, it was not their fault; you couldn't close the door any other way, only with a massive yank.
