We arrived late 9pm and had to leave early 5.30am owner met us on arrival and again on departure fanatic location for the ferry we had everything we needed for an overnight stay with quick get away the following day

Great location very close to train station , staff were the best they were very helpful and went above expectations to make our stay nice. Loved the pub across the road.

The host and owner were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast good value for money.

Well located for our trip and visiting Dover. Staff were friendly and very helpful with amending the booking at short notice and with contacting me regarding lost property. Rooms and bedding were clean and as advertised. Thank you for accommodating us.

George the owner went out of his way to help me with various things when I wasn't well, I am so appreciative. Excellent location a couple of minutes walk from the station with the option of stairs or a gently sloping footpath and a few minuted from the town centre.

George, his lovely wife and Jan have been very warm, welcoming and helpful. We feel right at home here. They were kind to let us deposit our luggage before check in and after we have checked out. That made our moving around in Dover so much more easier They upgraded us to a triple room, it is very clean. It has nice hot shower, firm bed, beverage and biscuits were provided. We will stay here again if we visit Dover again :)

It is a GREAT location, about a minute walk from the train station. The person who greeted us was really nice and informative. It wasn't a long walk from the restaurant center and you can get anywhere you need by foot which is great.

No luggage keeping. We wanted to leave our luggage for a few hours the next morning to walk around the city before we needed to leave but there is no one on facility to open the door between check out and check in time. But it was a really minor inconvenience

Our host was extremely helpful and even arranged the taxi to move our cases to the next hotel (we were walking).

Curtains are way to thin so the room was super bright from 6am plus the stationed train outside would make a buzzing noise every min and keep me awake so only slept 3-6am so ended up just leaving real early

Full English breakfast was excellent. The location was great, walkable to Dover Castle where we spent most of our time. Room was basic but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was great and offered lot's of tips on how to navigate the area. Very happy with our stay.

The location, its near to the station and a descent distance from the city centre. The host is quite lovely as well.

Bed is very hot due to the plastic cover, room needs to be sound proof (I can hear my neighbor's snore)
