Little bit of walk from centre but we knew this beforehand

The room was very nice and comfortable,the breakfast was good but I like my food to be very hot and it wasn’t.

The selection of food when the restaurant is not opened,on Sunday the selection of food was excellent.

Tolilet didnt flush even after reporting it before we went out for dinner, nothing done about it whilst we were out and no one contacted us to tell us if it had been fixed or not. No one at reception when we got back to ask. Mentioned it in the morning and the girl said nothing was reported the night before!! it was a young man who took our call.

Bathroom was very out dated the toilet roll holder was broken and the tiles needed work

I’ve stayed in a few Hilton’s before and this was by far the worst. The room was tiny and a tiny window, the location was bizzare and a very ugly area of Bristol. The room next to us were SO loud we didn’t sleep until 3am and no one seemed to do anything about their noise level (running up and down the corridors) no mini fridge or water. Really shocked and at the level of cleanliness in the room too. Over all quite a disappointing stay. Staff were lovely and couldn’t fault them so it’s a shame the hotel itself is not up to standard.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht den Bahnhof und die Restaurants am beliebten Hafenviertel sehr gut zu Fuß! Sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen, stehen auch Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel, und die Gardinen waren so dreckig, dass man sie kaum anfassen mochte. Das Frühstück ist nur für Fans der britischen Küche gut. Wer morgens keine warmen Speisen mag wie Würstchen, Bohnen etc. , der wird dort nicht viel Auswahl finden. Eine Sorte Käse und 1 Sorte Salami, mehr Aufschnitt gab es nicht. Bei der Kaffeemaschine musste man sich teilweise lange anstellen, weil es nur eine gab und man sich den Kaffee dort alleine holen musste. Auch eine WC Bürste haben wir vermisst! 4 Sterne hat dieses Hotel sicher nicht verdient.

The transfer of euros to sterling distorted the original price quoted. However we had a pleasant few days and by rail Bath was near and we'll worth a visit.
