The bed was comfortable.

The general decor was a bit tired, and run down. The bathroom was in need of an update…the bath was chipped and the grouting was black in places.

Paid for late check out but kept getting disturbed by an angry house keeper who wanted us to leave... This was despite being told several times to check with reception and to go away. When I finally left, as per the time I had agreed to stay until, there wasn't an apology, rather a shitty comment about "I've already told you 3 times to evacuate the room" This woman has no place dealing with the public with such a dour attitude. Not sure what her problem was, but it put a dampener on what was a lovely evening.

Big rooms and very well priced. Location a short taxi ride from the centre, or a medium walk if you're not in bad shape.

Bed was very firm, with only queen size quilt and mattress topper over a king size mattress. Pillows very thin, led to a less than comfy sleep.

Parcheggio privato gratuito, staff molto accogliente. Ok per una notte di passaggio.

Un po' vecchiotto, so che è un palazzo storico ma nelle camere servirebbe una svecchiata. Tutto molto usurato dal tempo e in generale un po' triste.

Easy parking and lovely welcome from the reception staff. Room was spacious and clean.

Noise from the road and tap in the bathroom was difficult to turn off.

Everything even the toilet seat was split that caused injury to the back of my buttock. Staff were uninterested when this was reported ! I left half way through my four night stay couldn’t wait to get home

We had a random person shouting and going through the corridor at 1am. I assume there are no night staff or security staff it was extremely unpleasant and off putting.

Bed was comfortable.

Room and bathroom was awful. No telephone to contact reception, double sized bed head with king size mattress up against the wall at one side. Bearing in mind we were two OAPs the location of the bed made things difficult. There was a horrible musty smell in the room and bathroom. The light switch to the bathroom was very dirty and there were no handtowels in the bathroom. All in all, for the price we paid, the room was extremely basic and it did not feel particularly clean, it all just felt very tired and in dire need of a refurbishment. With regard to location, the busy roads outside were quite noisy.

Everything, dated, dirty no food menu was told because it was bank holiday 😂😂 there was movement in the bathroom floor. Completely nothing like in the pictures.

Booked a double room-really spacious. The building is old and a little outdated but the room is alright l, with basic facilities you need. Overall it’s good value for money.

The window can’t be closed hence sound proofing is bad.

The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. They are a real credit to the hotel.

The room was small for the £170 fee and not up to the standard I feel was acceptable for this standard of hotel. The bath fixings were falling apart and flaking paint on the walls. My room was close to reception and I could hear the music from a party going on. Breakfast is not served until 8am which is too late for me. The staff did do out of their way to provide me breakfast and coffee early. The offer a full vegan breakfast but were unable to locate the sausages. Breakfast was therefore beans mushrooms a tomato and hash browns.
