Clean comfy cosy! Impressive room!!

Clean, safe, very nice staff.

Our room was very tiny for three people and three twin beds.

The room was very comfortable, breakfast was amazing!

Very nice, clean and cozy room. Loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room! Even in a small room, they found a place for the closet and the board for ironing. Thank you for taking care of such small things to make your tired clients more comfy and relaxed.

The room is a little small, however, it is still super cozy and has everything you need. The location is a little remote, although the bus stop is right in front

Room very small hairdrryer broke spare one in draw but sign saying out of order could not be seen and it blew up when went to use it towels not replaced even though we left them in the bath as told

My room was exceedingly comfortable and stylish. I loved the art and purple walls. The bathroom was great.

The fact that the reception desk had somewhat limited hours.

When I got the room I knew it was small but leprechaun small and 314 for 1 night was ridiculous 😭

Great location, easy to get to and nice distance from center for walk/taxi/bus. Parking and reasonably price. Whirlpool bath unexpected bonus.

Would have been liked to be able to book a car parking space but as it happened there was plenty of room.

Good jacuzzi bath and comfy bed.

Very early check out time. Very little included in the price. 350 for one night stay you would hope a glass of bubbles or something on arrival.

Comfortable rooms and Friendly staff

Location was good in Ballsbridge. Bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel had parking spaces but at a cost of €10 per night.

We were only given option of continental breakfast with no explanation of why there was no cooked breakfast. €8.50 for continental was expensive so we didn’t bother. They don’t seem to want you around other than in your room. Receptionist on check out was v rude. Don’t do the job if you don’t want to be nice to people.

I AM OBSESSED!!! I absolutely loved my stay here, my partner and I were so impressed. We booked for one night as we wanted to enjoy a night away together. upon check in our room was upgraded and the room was stunning, the bed is so comfortable and the staff are superb! We didn’t wake in time for breakfast as we had the best sleep of our lives!! The decor and finish to the rooms is really well thought out, whoever renovated this beautiful period house did a superb job! Truly blown away and will have all our family and friends book here in future!

Room is nice and clear, coffee machine is a great plus. Friendly staff. Bathroom is a bit old but clean and convenient. For the price I paid it met my expectations.

Nothing to complain about.

It was quiet because of soundproof room, the bed was really comfortable and there were cats outside to bring smile to our faces every morning.

Facilities and care

The staff is very nice, good breakfast, the room is comfortable with a great bathroom. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Merrion Square and around 20 from Trinity College on foot but there is a bus station right in front of the hotel. It was a great stay, you can go for it.
