Location wise was great.

The room was a bit small, was expecting a little bit bigger.

Location and not very busily.

Even though the room we stayed in was small , the furniture was old, rusty, chipped everywhere and old carpet with stains. Dusty surfaces. 5 star? Friendly and helpful staff but this cannot be 5 star.

Kids had taken over the spa area's, just not relaxing at the time we were there.

The pool area was great and very family friendly. The location of the hotel is great as it’s nearby a lot of cafes and restaurants as well as the beach. Groceries and Kingscliff main beach are also a short drive away.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was large with good facilities. We were given a room which was very far away from the main area and it was overlooking the road. We requested a room closer to the main area as we have a baby and the staff were very accommodating and arranged a new room fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the new room had black mold all over the blinds. The room felt very humid all the time. The resort itself is probably a bit too big.

We absolutely loved the pools, the tropical pool was a great way to finish of the day.

The fridge was too small and didn’t have enough space to hold drinks and fruit. We had to juggle how much water we could cool with how much fruit could be cooled.
