The facility was clean and the spa bath was great

The ping on the map isn't where the facility is- its off by about 2km, which was quite annoying. (I thought it was a lot closer to where I needed to be than it actually was). It was quite confusing finding where about the apartment actually was. Oh and ocean "glimpses ", where??!!

The pool and proximity to the beach.

No resort shuttle,not all travellers have cars. The independent taxi service was hit and miss, staff refused to call taxi companies on guests behalf. Had to cancel dinner reservations as we were unable to get a cab. Almost missed our flight, taxi was 40 minutes late even though we had booked it almost 24 hours earlier. No food, beverages/barista available in the pool and lobby area. Had to wait until 5pm. Couldn't understand why breakfast vouchers were not offered to all guests regardless of who the booking agent was. Bed linen was soiled, extra charges for bathroom towels if required. Booking agent did not respond to email nor text until 3 days later.

Overall the unit was clean, however shards of glass were under the lounge, in reach of my 1 year old daughter.

Spacious, had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Pool was lovely. Friendly environment. Some excellent local restaurants!

The apartment was well equipped, clean and the beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars and a short walk to the beach. We had an amazing long weekend. Highly recommend

The staff at Peppers weren't overly helpful as the booking wasn't directly through them..when we asked about parking and the location of the apartment they were reluctant to advise as it was a private booking.

It was a great unit for 2 couples. Plenty of space and well equipped with everything we needed except for wine glasses.

The plastic wine glasses were very disappointing.
