Our room - which was a Master Suite, was a great size and lovely and bright. Very comfortable. It was also well serviced and cleaned during our stay.

The common areas like the bar and breakfast area are small and tends to get crowded and noisy. Sitting outside sadly was not an option during our stay as it was raining.

Very soft towels and bathrobes,lovely soap and other things for bathroom. Extremely polite and responsible stuff at the hotel and tasty coffee in the bar☕️ as well.

Rooms were good quality

The fire alarm went off in the building regularly due to their own kitchen, it was quite inconvenient

The location is very good. A beautiful cosy hotel. Most of the staff were very nice. We had a very spacious suite.

They were extremely pushy in order to get the full payment in advance - days before check out. Usually you will pay for the full stay when you check out. I have never been asked to pay for the full stay in advance. I had payed half when checking in and even so they deactivated my key a day before check out. It is quite an expensive hotel and I did not expect this kind of behavior.
