BEST hotel in London. Easy access to nice areas, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and all these factors made my trip enjoyable and unforgettable!

Maybe it would be nice to have less scent of candles as I am sensitive to fragrance.

Conveniently located next to South Kensington tube station so easy access; the hotel is gorgeous with old world charm. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel is a lovely boutique style situated very close to the train station and bus stops. The room was spacious and the bathrooms huge with double showers. Check in was seamless and my room available a bit before the time indicated. The gym is small, but functional and kitted with the basics (cardio machines, dumbbells, exercise ball, mat etc).

Great location in central London near some attractions like V&A Museum; close to neighboring areas like Chelsea and Knightsbridge; and very close to underground & bus stops. There was also a small but capable gym that was clean and had enough equipment to get by.

My room was relatively small and difficult to store luggage in the tight space with next to no wardrobe space. Additionally, right outside my room was the storage cupboards for linen and towels, so I was often woken up by the cleaning staff accessing them in the early hours

Excellent room amenities and checkout service. The location is very central in South Ken and close to Imperial College and museums. Walking distance from Sloane Square, King's Road and Knightsbridge.

Spacious room, huge comfy bed, complimentary snacks and non alcoholic drinks, good airconditioning, no noise heard in room from the road and great location.

The lounge area with natural light was used for cream teas and was therefore not available at the time i would have used it. There were other communal areas in the lower ground floor, but i prefer natural light. However, not really an issue as our room was so comfortable.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been at. Really nice staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms ,quiet area and close to everything I wanted like Harrods, hyde park and restaurants.

Pleasantly surprised. Lovely staff welcome. The concierge offered to carry our bags. Room was super. Breakfast was great. It was our wedding anniversary. A plate with a macaroon and a couple of chocolates greeted us.

Excellent location! So close to so much. The room was smaller than I thought and I don’t know that I would use “luxury” to describe the property. It’s a good hotel don’t get me wrong but I wouldn’t say luxurious.

It’s a tight room. We were on the first floor and it was quite noisy outside because there’s a bus top in front with a few restaurants open late across the street. I’m from the city so that doesn’t really bother me but might be a problem for others. Breakfast was ok but probably a better deal walking distance.

Great location, very convenient. Well appointed and modern. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room (for London) - we didn't choose the smallest one and the one we got was more than adequate.

It's a small point but you get these annoying text messages when you check in and to remind you to leave (in our case, we had already left, just making the point that even though it's signed by a member of staff, it's automated and therefore impersonal). If there's something wrong, I'm quite capable of complaining about it other than by text. They are intrusive and generate unnecessary roaming charges.

I liked everything, if I had to say something it would be the need to have more storage space
