perfect place clean and amazing breakfast

The room was clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The kitchenette was helpful, so if you prefer, you can buy groceries to cook in the room. Everything is provided, including utensils. Breakfast was also great and not just continental, but rich enough to be filling and satisfying.

The cast function on the TV never worked for me. I would never have tried it if it was not offered. But if it is provided, then it should work. Also, parking was sometimes a problem, especially on the days when they hosted the Rotary meeting.

Location is terrible, you have to pay minimum 60 euros for a taxi to get anywhere, even for a 10 minute car ride. No ubers in the area. You are stranded in the hotel.

We booked a regular room this time instead of an appartment and it was just as enjoyable. We can't stress enough how comfortable the beds are. The regular room comes with a tub and is spacious. There's nothing bad to say at all.

Only stayed here because Easyjet cancelled my flight late Sunday evening. Bloke at reception was very helpful checking us all in and was very accommodating. Room had everything you needed - bed was comfy, bathroom was great (v. strong shwoer pressure). Good selection at breakfast esp. the waffle maker. Booked a taxi when I asked in the morning for the airport.

Only one towel but that is fine as it was very late notice and we could have asked for more. Wasn't any bacon when I went for breakfast but that's me just being unlucky with timing. Pillows weren't great.

The room was very good in terms of view, No noise at all. although there were children.. dogs etc. Good wifi. Amazing staff, Congratilations for having Bleon and Tamy in your team.

I like the staff at Appart City very nice and friendly, I have stayed more than 3 months so the staff has been very helpful, kind and supportive. I would like to highlight Tamy's excellent job not only as femme de chambre but as a person that knows very well the Ferney-Voltaire area and surroundings and gives clients very valuable information. In reception I would like to acknowledge the job done by Bleon, Mounib, Heli,Atiq, Claudia and Sophia. Always with positive attitude and helping their customers,

The lights in the rooms are very low and the heaters had a limit of consumtion. Very nice hotel, with amazing view and servide.

Breakfast was quite good and staff were helpful and very nice Room was wide , quite , clean and new , beds wide and comfy Positive was very good news

Forgetting my phone charger and they said they didn’t find it and didn’t did anything about it , did not recover it nor felt responsible, I am sure the charger can not fly by itself, they didn’t even offered a bones or something else , very disappointing.

The rooms are quiet with very comfortable beds and showers, The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has a wide choice of fresh products. From tasty little pancakes and DIY waffles to a variety of bread and croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, plenty of juices and fresh local honey. Fruits, coffees and teas, yoghurt, cereals, it's there.

Friendly and attentive personnel. Well-equipped apartment. Clean bed linen and towels. Good sound isolation (airport is nearby) Parking is in front and has enough places.

The Appart'City Confort Geneva Aeroport greatly exceeded our expectations. A modernized hotel, with friendly staff, quality rooms, and great breakfast all within a minute of the airport made it a very comfortable experience.

Very comfortable bed, very clean room. The staff were helpful and friendly. Close enough to the airport and the bus was easy to catch. The restaurant wasn't open but the staff suggested other options.

The room was very noisy. It sounded like wind going through the vents, I was extremely tired though so slept through the noise and didn't highlight it to the staff. The restaurant wasn't open at a weekend which was annoying

We booked to be near the FRENCH SECTOR at Geneva Airport for our car rental return. That is a place so difficult to access (if your car rental does not have a Swiss motorway vignette - and they don't if from the French sector, but a lot cheaper). The trip across Geneva from the Annecy direction without using the Swiss A1 motorway is a nightmare. This hotel is BRILLIANTLY LOCATED just a couple of Km from the airport and on the correct side. It is newly and fabulously renovated and I have to pick myself to realise how little it cost for such a wonderful facility. Everything was brilliant. Free parking on site.

Not to be confused with Appart'Hotel right next door. That is a different business.

cleaness spotless staff very friendly multi lingual staff restaurants and shop close to the hotel bus stop 1 min walking from the hotel and comes every 20 min and take you in just 10 min to the airport and 1/2h to Geneva city centre

Good location - easy to get to and find. The bedroom and bathroom have been nicely refurbished in a modern style, and my stay was comfortable. The hotel bar was a great place to sit and relax. Check-in was easy, the hotel was quiet and the small gym was a nice addition.
