Prachtige locatie aan de rivier de Rhone met tram 15 rijdt voor het hotel langs ..1 halte naar station. Gratis OV kaart voor hele verblijf ook overzet bootjes trein totaan de franse grens.

Eerste dag was een beetje lastig om kamer te vinden met veel toegangs codes en zo maaŕ later ging het wel beter.

I did not like my room, because it was small and with an ugly view from the window. The advertising spoke of views on the Rhone river. I happened to see another room, and it did have a fantastic view and also a big size. What I did not like was the uncertainty of what room I would get. If I had known the difference, I would have paid the 10 € extra in order to get a double room, with that nice view and big size

The shower was very small and not very comfortable to use. We've come to expect this from European hotels unfortunately. Also, we couldn't open our window without smoke smell wafting in from the street. Another occupational hazard of Europe.

Great location, near several bus and tram stops. Kettle and coffee/ tea, mini fridge in room, air dryer, and the room was a decent size for one person. Nice view. The room was nicely heated.

The reception is only open for part of the day, so guests can not leave their luggage after 4 or 5. This didn't affect my plan, but it has to be considered. The bathroom was small but functional.

The beds were really comfortable, had a really good sleep! The location was great, right in the middle of everything! Had an amazing view from our hotel room! Rooms were really spacious as well!

We couldn’t turn on the heating, luckily had blankets on the bed. The shower was extremely hot and couldn’t turn down. On our level it smelt like weed which wasn’t very nice.

We got a room with balcony and river view as requested. Great location. Check in instructions were good. Good heating. Was better inside than out but still very tired and 70s.

Cheap furniture that didn't suit the beautiful old property. Could hear next door's TV. Only 1 sachet of coffee each. Normally we'd go out for coffee but not at Geneva prices. No way to keep doors closed while out on the balcony which wasted a lot of heat.

La posizione è ottima, centrale, vicino al fiume e non distante dalla stazione. Stanza perfettamente pulita. Comunicazione pre arrivo per il self check-in molto tempestiva e efficace.

La mia stanza non aveva molto a che fare con quelle delle foto. Il bagno sembra una piccola capsula in plastica. Il riscaldamento non so di che anno sia ma i termosifoni sono molto vecchi e comunque spostassi la manopola, non si spegneva. Di notte era una sauna e ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta nonostante pioggia e rumore. Rumorosa anche riguardo agli altri ospiti: si sentiva ogni passo o parola, forse porte o muri sottili. Letto e cuscini scomodi.

No en-suite, no food on site.

It was close to the city centre and its attractions.

Reception only manned for a few hours per day. Room needed refreshed. The bathroom was a plastic 'portakabin' type affair. And because reception only manned part time, there is no facility to leave baggage on departure, beyond 3.00pm

Impossible to park upon arrival, no access to hotel due to road closures & various diversions. No one at reception after 3pm, so unable to assist. Learning from our experience, we’d book just outside the main city, and have the 10 minute tram into the heart of the city. Our experience was that bad, we ended up booking alternative accommodation for the night & requested a refund from Booking.com as the hotel was inaccessible!

Inaccessible Still await a credit over a week on!!!! Booking.com haven’t contacted me as per telephone conversation on July 13th, very disappointing!

Very good location in vicinity of a railwaystation and old town. Charming old building and a clean room with a view to the river. Small fridge and a fan good to be. Ok for a short stop over.

Maybe the bed could be a bit more comfortable and a/c, but then it would not be only 2 star hotel..?

The staircase right downwards from the entrance leading to the river. It acts like a public toilets. Parquet floor was squeaking loudly.

Amazing view from the room, very comfy bed and nice, clean room. Fantastic location, easy to reach everything. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Clear, detailed instructions were provided well in advance, which allowed easy, smooth access to my room when arrived outside the normal reception hours.

We visited Geneva for the weekend. Location of the hotel is great, very close to the old town and many stops of the public transport only a few minutes walk from the hotel (you get a free transport card so we used it on many occasions especially considering the weather outside was very cold). Our room was very spacios, tea/coffee making facilities, and the view was simply incredible. Staff helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend the hotel!
