Irene and Derek were lovely and very helpful when we first arrived. Recommended the walkway and beach bike way.The owners allowed us to use the bikes that were available to guests which made for a very pleasant stay. The cleaning staff were cheerful and the room was nicely kept over period of our stay.

No complaints. Would recommend.

The room right next door to us was extremely loud right through the night and we could hear EVERYTHING.

Good size apartment, comfy bed. Everything we needed for a few days in New Plymouth.

Beautiful rooms and a fantastic location, is close to everything you need.

Unfortunately both times I have stayed here I have been woken throughout the night by noisy guests in the rooms next door. It's unfortunate that staff do not monitor and attend to this. And stayed two nights this last time and the room was not cleaned after the first night despite placing the sign on the door (we always clean up after ourselves and made the bed etc but would have appreciated if the bin was emptied etc as it was full).
