Everything was old-fashioned untidy, the hotel needs renovation and new cups for tea, spend money on cleaning whole hotel and change the carpets, as well as paint the walls and bring the tiles on the balcony that has fallen off .You can’t call yourself boutique hotel- "Nice" if just only posting a photos of 100 years ago to catch a strangers ..of change your name for "Unnice hotel"

Parking is available, but a little hard to find especially coming off the one way system. Had to do a couple of laps around the block before we found it.

Brilliant location. Walking distance to everything

Location was awesome. The balcony view was lovely. Decor was fun.

The bathroom was the least intimate part if our stay, it was like being in a shopping display.

U just felt totally relaxed as soon as u get their.. the room had a nice feeling beautiful out on the deck. Terry was just lovely to deal with very welcoming and nice guy lived up to its name nice

I purposely wanted a spa but I couldn't feel the jets much
