Great location and the biggest most luxurious bed I have ever slept in.

Location was great

Cleanliness. The grout in the bathroom tiles was black with dirt and mould 2-3 tiles high from the floor up. The recess for the shampoo etc had a film of slimy mould over the rear half and a layer of black mould in the grout. There was a chocolate wrapper under the stool in the bathroom that was there the whole of our stay. The pillows were covered in mould and stains as were the pillow protectors. The manager on shift came to view the pillows, took photos and gave us new pillows. We had no apology or follow up from management, even on checking out. The dirty coffee cups and the one teaspoon in the room weren’t changed for 3 days and the replacement cups had dirt rings in the bottom.

Breakfast was really good. Loved the hotel. It’s the only one we stay at when we are in Bali.

Pool was too warm on the first couple of days.

I loved absolutely everything! The service was amazing, and the staff was amazing. The food on the breakfast was so good and also the service on the breakfast was also good. The staff were always concerned about how you felt and were always making sure that you were happy. The rooms were really spacious, and the design was also pretty. By the way, for the first time in my life I saw such a big bed. It was large and comfy. Also we had some problems with the bank and we couldn't pay. Nevertheless, they let us stay in the room, even without payment, but of course i I left some documents. They helped us with bank issues. They were so patient, and they helped us to call the bank when we couldn't. In short, this hotel is the best. I would 100% come back if I came to Bali again. And i recommend this place for everyone!
