The facility was very good. very clean

Location was great, bed was comfy and staff were nice.

The shower has a curtain, (understanding this is for wheel chair access) this caused the entire bathroom floor to become wet - this with lack of towels in the room I slipped and injured myself. Breakfast was underwhelming, staff in the restaurant were really lovely though. A rear entrance to the hotel for guests to access from the U Park would be convenient.

No shampoo , only conditioner and 2 containers of body wash which I had to use instead. Only a shower curtain which meant water over the bathroom floor and only 1 towel each

The staff were exceptionally friendly and quick to help in any way they could. The beds were very comfortable and the location allows for easy access to Rundle Street and public transport, including the tram. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We found a small ball of hair behind one of the nightstands and the walls were a bit thin. In trying to get a coffee in the morning from the cafe downstairs, I managed to order two coffees but then my other companions were completely ignored until they just left.

Stayed here for my 21st Birthday and location was perfect for the venue we hired out (Rhino room across the road). staff were helpful from arrival to departure assisting with car parking and talking us through any questions we had during our stay. Rooms exceeded our expectations- very large, clean and perfect to come back to during the night as needed. breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh and multiple choice; perfect after a big night!

one small issue was the dishwasher not working, constantly wanting to pause. not a huge issue in the scheme of things!
