Very friendly and helpful staff.

Information regarding the river ferry stop wasn't up to date. We booked expecting easy access to get to the city. Disappointed to learn it closed 3 years ago.

It had two bedrooms and it was handy to where we needed to be and it had a good walking area around it

A great location, view and facilities.

The room we had had very marked, dirty carpet. I was hesitant to let my toddler play on it. There were pizza pieces left under the coffee table from the guests prior. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean.

location was great, view was great, room was comfortable and reasonably spacious, good food options nearby, nice to see a lot of pet owners in the building and nearby, parking available nearby

internet access was not very good and you had to keep logging in all the time which was annoying

The dockside terminal was out of order and their was maintenance and window washing the whole week we were there we were not told this when we made the booking The shower was over the bath but this was not in the photos on booking and the kitchen appliances was very basic Oven very old and fridge

Accessing the apartment was not convenient. the ferry wharf is still closed

that I had to catch the ferry to the nearby wharf and catch an Uber to the apartment

Great 2 bedroom apartment (no 2010) very modern and new.

Defo not deluxe apartment. Rust on the shower rails. Dusty vents. Hair in the bath. Television broken. Should have been charged a standard price room. They gave me a box of chocolates for the inconvenience.

The room purchased wasn't the room I got. I booked for a standard one bedroom apartment incuding city/pool views & ended up on the other side of the building without city or pool views. Very disappointing & not value for money.

Shower recess in main bathroom doors wouldn't close properly. Tiles stained. Noisy air vent in 2nd bedroom. Could hear the rubbish being collected early morning, plus a lot of banging and clanging. Crows cawing from early morning throughout the day. Very annoying. No tourist information supplied. We opted to Uber to get around as no other known modes of transport. The closest ferry terminal was closed. We did happen upon the Boundary St Ferry by chance. It would have been nice to have been given this info upon checking in.

the freezer didn’t seem to be freezing the ice at all.

They didn't tell me that you needed to use the room card to operate the elevator...... Or what floor i was on ...... Was not good for someone with anxiety 😕

I loved the position. It was close to the city but felt like I was in a quieter suburb. Water location was exceptional. staff were exceptional and very helpful. parking was awesome and the cost very reasonable.

I booked hoping to catch the river cat around the city. The dock unfortunately was closed. Not the properties fault The room I booked could also do with a facelift. It’s a little dated I would also suggest getting a room on the right side of the building as the dump trucks in the morning at the loading zone were horrendous and woke us up before 6am. We also had a room beside the lift and it was a little annoying hearing the lift go up and down beside the room
