Convenient location

Room was very cold, aircon system doesn’t work. Black mould on windows/sills. Room was not serviced for the whole stay (7days) so no clean towels or extra toilet paper.

Spacious room and a comfortable bed. Kitchen was very functional.

Missing tea, coffee and milk and TV remote control battery cover was missing. Not many conveniently located power points. No additional blankets available and outdated bathroom and mismatched walls in main part of the room.

We loved how close it was to the city, shops and river. Having a door code(not key) was really convenient. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure good. Managers seemed friendly ( on the phone).

Steps up the room were very steep ! Car parking spot - number 21- was too tight a turn around for our car ( due to wall). Toilet did not have a toilet roll holder and kitchen had no complimentary tea/coffee as is normal in every motel I've ever stayed in

The fact that there was no curtins in my room and cleaners took my stuff

Bed was comfy and room was clean.

3pm check in time is too late, especially when 10am is the check out time. Rang a couple of times to see if possible to check in a little earlier as attending a function commencing at 3pm. Advised it would cost us more, felt it was overpriced just for the night as it was - definitely not good value for money.

Very nice and clean, also good location to take a walk to the CBD.

Service at hotel was non existent They did not service my room overnight and when I asked how come I was told that when I booked I did not agree to pay extra to have my room serviced! There was no option for ‘paid room service’ on booking option and in fact I have never seen this option. Sign in bathroom said towels would be changed daily if left on floor.. standard practice My only communication regarding my questions about room service was via booking.com as no one was on site. I asked if I could get 1 clean towel because my room was not serviced and this did not happen Large sign outside motel states Foxtel is available but it was not in my room, maybe I was supposed to agree to pay extra for that when I booked as well. This is a very very ordinary motel in a good location Do yourself a favour and pay extra to stay somewhere else, the motel is operated remotely and appears to be waiting for a developer to buy the site and demolish it.. which would be a good outcome Do not stay here!!

Not much. Price way to dear for what we got

Tv not working after reporting it and promised to get fixed. We had to buy a cable ourselves. All cabinets were talking apart. Shower leaked

we didn’t get rooms together as requested, rooms were of different size and quality but we were all charged the same. one shower was mouldy, another vanity was filthy , third room cups were dirty. Fridges in 2 didn’t work properly. we were only offered one car park space, one room didn’t even have space listed for that room. woman on arrival was extremely rude and abrupt. our rooms didn’t get serviced. would like a refund especially for the one sub standard room

the location in regards to the Gabba was great. owner was ver lovely

Good size room, good off street parking, food and shops nearby, great city view and coffee at Joeys on riverside

Old air conditioner system

Superb location, with great views from the room. Friendly, spacious 1 bedroom apartment; nice, big king bed and spacious storage; large sliding doors to the balcony from both bedroom and lounge room. Functional kitchen with everything I needed and more. Bathroom large, well-lit, full laundry with tub, washing machine and dryer.

Only tiny minus re bathroom: floors and shower tub could have been cleaned better after last visitors. On the edge of the bathtub, there was dried-up soap from a bar someone had placed there previously. And the tile floor looked like it had not been mopped.

Location was good, right near the Gabba (prob 15 mins walk) There wasa lot of space in our room and had plenty of cooking equiptment there with a full size fridge, toaster oven, pots pans etc.

The main road was a little noisy, but thats not the hotels fault. It did smell a little strange, hard to describe, nothing too offensive however.

Very good price Rest of accommodations were more expensive when events were on in Brisbane

I arrived at the Woolongabba Bus Station and had to walk to the property due to no Public Transport travelling up Main St. As there are hills and inclines to get to the property it makes it difficult for me. Otherwise, the location of the property to the Gabba ground is great.
