Room 6 had a disgusting rotten milk smell coming from the fridge cupboard, got worse and worse as the night progressed. It was too late to call to change room as office unattended after 9 pm.

Clean, spacious, good car park, easy to access

Lift to upstairs was a bit rackety so we just used the stairs instead

Clean, well-stocked, good beds and shower. Staff friendly and efficient. We stay here often and I definitely recommend it.

Mary Ellen on reception was particularly helpful. Room was away from the busy road an quiet.

Some of the info on the website is inaccurate - all rooms don't have a toaster and reception isn't manned until 11pm as stated. It could do with a bit of tlc.

The staff were very friendly and lovely - probably the best thing about the stay. The car park was very useful. the bathroom was very functional and nice. Overall everything was clean and in working order

bed was very small and very uncomfortable. The lock/latch/handle to the hallway (enterance into the building) had a very rickety lock which was a little bit of a concern security wise. The TV plug did not reach the wall socket. Literally placed a centimeter to far - thankfully had my own extennsion chord but just thought that was a funny miss in design.

Only mirror was too high and in bathroom

Room had small TV, kettle, air con. Bathroom was good, parking was good. On tram and bus routes.

Not v clean. Some rodent traps in the room. Fridge in room noisy (switched it off at night) and not changeable. Self-service laundry suddenly unavailable when we needed it. Used by hotel itself for several hours! Tiny terrace was unkempt full of cigarette ends. No lobby or facilities. Surrounding area a bit run down.

The hotel seemed old and uncomfortable. But in saying that hat .he was pleasant. It's a good place to stay if your after maybe one night . Clean and tidy. He was super cool. But I wouldn't stay there again .

It has the basic amenities needed. Location close to the city centre, with tram services nearby. Many restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Free parking on site.

The room was a bit small for a family of 6.

bed was very hard, 2 flat dead pillows- no extra supplied, no extra blanket or electric blanket and it was a really cold night the first night.

It was conveniently located to my activities, was easily accessible by public transport, and met all my needs.

The pillows weren't great. It would have been nice to have a toaster or microwave
