Breakfast was great and in general staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for friends who need a place to stay in Hyvinkää. Broken shower was fixed straight away after reporting it.

Sauna times should be fairly distributed between men and women. Currently unfair. And possibly changed so that women could go from 7-10pm on each other day.

Breakfast food was great, even tapwater was delicious. Towels were soft. Bed was very comfortable. Adjustable AC, good airflow in room. Big and spacious room. Mini-fridge was cold.

No kettle in the room, windows don't open.

Very noisy ventilation, which cannot be turned off, so very hard to sleep. No toilet brush, no shoe spoon.

Breakfast was good, no complaints there. Was not missing anything in my personal view.

The customer service lady was projecting pure negativity, she wouldn't listen and talked over me multiple times and it came to the point where I had to explicitly confirm which one of us was speaking. This was very difficult for me because I am a non-confrontational person and I was tired. I stayed nice and polite throughout the situation but as a paying customer I was leaps and bounds ahead when it came to politeness. Such terrible and utterly ridiculous behavior and lack of patience is something I have never experienced in my life and I have visited more than 400 hotels. Adding to this, it was the smallest misunderstanding possible but the lady wouldn't take 5 seconds to process what she was being told. But, worst of all a few hours later when I came to the hotel with a relative in order for him to check in the lady had gone and there was an older man as a receptionist instead. He had an attitude as if he heard a false version of the previous incident with the lady. We came in and said hello and good evening to which he gave a sort of grunting noise response. We filled out the personal info paper and said thank you, he did not respond and as I repeated the other guest and said again THANK YOU SIR, he pretended to not hear and just looked at his lobby screen in silence. This older couple is the utmost disturbingly rude experience I've ever seen and there will be no way I will ever visit or allow any traveling friend or family stay at this place and I have many visitors from foreign countries. Other Scandic locations have been just fine and professional, this one was very disappointing. I could not believe how they were behaving, I hope this issue will be dealt with or they go out of business. Disgusting.
