Price was amazing considering our room had a private thermal spa! Host was lovely. Quiet spot. Will book again in the near future

Love love loved the spa. The room was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Staff were lovely and helpful.

There was no staff around. 😕 the rooms were not serviced. No maps to find rubbish or recycling. No broom or vacuum to clean room.

We arrived later than expected so had let the m know. They were super helpful and great communication to let us know room details. Comfy bed and pillow option!

Major need of a refurbishment

Good value stay and host went out of her way to help guests. Big concert in town on a hot, sunny day and host recommended my wife wear a hat. When told my wife had left her hat at home the host insisted on giving her one of her own. She also then drove another group of concert goers to the event in her personal car because their cab had not showed after an hour - fantastic hospitality.

Mineral pool in room wasn't usable but as we didn't know there was one this wasn't an issue!

Loved the spa in the room, and the hidden kitchenette.

Office staff was fantastic and helpful. In helping us with arrangements. So sorry we had to cut our stay short but will be back.( May not have avocados next time)

The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not there long enough to use the spa.

The people in the room next to us were talking outside their room until 3am. My husband had to ask them to quieten down or to go inside.

The staff were friendly and lake just over the Rd.

No air conditioning, room was very hot. Needs updating. No spare pillows. No Flannels or hand soaps and shampoo. Not the cleanest I've stayed in and decor is very tired. Didn't like that there was no sky movie channel and the way the T.V. Was set up as you could change channels easy with remote. I wouldn't stay again for these reasons, but one night stay was bearable.

It’s location.

Very run down. Outside pool cover was rotten and peeling away. Windows all floppy on hinges. Bathroom fan didn’t work and had a sticker over the switch saying it was pakarud. Kitchen units looked like they had been ripped out of a 1960s demolition and nailed in place with decking timber to fill the gaps. Paving stones missing out of the middle of the driveway as you drive in. could also hear every toilet use of unit upstairs.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we need. The Mineral Spa bath was pretty cool as well filled the lower pool for my baby of 16 months and then filled up for me when she finished and hopped out. The little kitchenette was cool as too , I could close it off so baby doesn't touch everything . You can walk from the hotel to town probably takes an thirty minutes to an hour but it's along the lake and is a nice walkway.

The only thing that was off was the fan in the toilet , it was a little loud but it's a fan .

Lovely staff -- friendly, helpful, with a good sense of humour. Amazingly comfortable bed, spacious room, good amenities. Nice view to mountains from upper level. Free parking on-site. Thrilled to have geothermal spa pool right in our room! Will definitely go back.

These are not complaints, but there is a good step up into the shower that would be tricky for my older parents. Location is closer to DeBretts than to main centre, so perhaps less convenient if guest didn't have car. Great value for money though.

The bed was comfortable. The Mineral spa was old and uninviting, it looked the same as it did 20 years ago

Ther bathroom needs a good update

Access was easy, good location, easy to find.

Pen marks on the top single blanket, plates weren't clean, hair in the bathroom sink, looked like someone had a shave, no milk for cuppa tea or coffee upon arrival.
