The staff were so friendly, and the 2 girls that were doing room service the next morning were so bubbly happy and friendly, made us feel welcome. 🥰

Very clean and extremely spacious, with added bonus of a courtyard. Lovely staff as well.

Bed is on the softer side, but sheets are lovely.

Had everything we needed. Was lovely and clean and the heated floor tiles were a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and the spa bath was great.

would have been more suitable to have the single beds in the bedroom and the queen bed in the living area, so we could have used the living area once the kids went to bed!

advertising that it’s soundproof but could hear the room next door perfectly, the uncomfortable bed and pillows, stayed one night and payed close to $300, there was an outside area attached to my room but weren’t allowed to smoke which didn’t make sense and was not advertised at all, hair on all towels and bedding, stains on sheets, toilet roll holder almost came out of the wall
